“I was very disappointed with the room, dank,dark, a strange odor. Nothing like the picture. I was told my truck and trailer would fit in a grass space next to the highway. It did not. It protruded into the entrance drive way on a very busy street. Thinking about my liability I decided not to stay. The manager was very rude and threatened to not return my payment. “Heather at the front desk was very welcoming after we had traveled there she had an inviting smile and nice personality. Jackie who runs the kitchen is always helpful when in need of something and has a clean dining area and good choice of breakfast items. All staff was nice whenever you approached one. We stayed on the 11th floor with two young children and were never told at check-in that 1 of the 2 elevators was completely out of service. They simply placed a wet floor sign in front of it. Because only one elevator was working, wait times were often 30-45 minutes since it had to stop on nearly every floor.
