“I was very disappointed with the room, dank,dark, a strange odor. Nothing like the picture. I was told my truck and trailer would fit in a grass space next to the highway. It did not. It protruded into the entrance drive way on a very busy street. Thinking about my liability I decided not to stay. The manager was very rude and threatened to not return my payment. “Room was clean and the staff was friendly ”

“We had bugs in the bed blood in the sheets nasty smell in the refrigerator and nasty mildew smell in the bathroom . I barely didn’t want to shower we had to cut out stay short because of the bed and leave in the middle of the night due to no extra rooms. The breakfast was the only thing decent they had and barely that . The elevators barely worked and this is by far the worst hotel i ever stayed in. The staff manager at check in was rude and had an attitude as well. ”

“Property seemed pretty clean on outside, but entering my room it smelled like cigarette smoke. The door kept clanking all night as others on my floor went in and out of their rooms, very noisy. Small bugs appeared on bathroom floor as well! ”

“The best part was the breakfast. The rest was terrible. Supposed to have a partial ocean view room, all we could see was a wall! Our balconies were sitting in the entry roof area with parapet walls all around us, zero view. The balcony railing paint was almost all pealed off. Exterior of building needs a lot of maintenance. They say they are pet friendly but clearly don’t like you having pets. Every single employee at the front desk would glare at us if we were walking with our dogs. We ended up...

Our room could have been more clean. We wrote our name in the dust on the glass shelves in the bathroom when we checked in. After 4 nights it was still there. ”

“Clean room. Wonderful staff. Glorious view from room, oceanfront pool, and outdoor gas grills made this place amazing. Great for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. ”

“Staff was wonderful. Able to take a shuttle to and from the airport. On site breakfast was good. Potatoes were hot. Bacon was cooked not over cooked. Scrambled eggs were average. Room was average. Shower pressure was ok. The only downside was the hotel didn't have hot water one morning. ”

La colazione, semplicemente scandalosa, aveva solo cibo confezionato. Abbiamo pagato 200 euro a notte ma l’hotel non vale nemmeno la metà. Dopo due notti ce ne siamo andati, nonostante la prenotazione fosse più estesa. Esperienza da dimenticare !”
