“Very nice quiet comfortable large room with a kitchenette, Large bathroom with handicap bar to assist in getting in and out. Coffee was served on a clean station mornings. The manager, maintanence fellow and both desk clerks I interacted with all showed professionalism, kindness, and hospitality the week I spent there. Will stay again.”

“Amazing property tucked away in Daytona beach. Friendly staff, clean and very nice rooms, everything makes you feel welcomed into your beach stay. Direct views of the ocean from almost each room. Very accommodating and looking forward to coming back.”

“Struttura indubbiamente da ristrutturare completamente. Mobili antiquati, aria condizionata rumorosa, finestre che non si chiudono e cigolano, moquette umida e con un cattivo odore, bagno da rifare. I servizi sono buoni, hanno the e caffè nella Holl. La piscina e la jacuzzi calda sono carine proprio sul mare, e devo dire che anche il manager é molto disponibile. ”

“La struttura è sul mare in un contesto di grandi strutture alberghiere di nuova costruzione che la circondano. A noi è stata assegnata una family room (locale di circa 60 mq) pulita ma con necessità di un rinnovamento. Unica nota negativa la colazione veramente deludente e lontana dallo stile americano, almeno di base.”

“What a nice hotel with fabulous staff! Everyone was so friendly. We were visiting for our anniversary and had a hand written note from someone at the hotel congratulating us, nice touch! The general manager is a gem. Very special.”

“Clean room. Wonderful staff. Glorious view from room, oceanfront pool, and outdoor gas grills made this place amazing. Great for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. ”

“My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

“Very friendly couple own and take care of the place. They are very attentive. It wasn't the most modern of places, but very clean and the shower had awesome pressure! A couple little shops very close including a great breakfast spot right next store”

“Stayed here for Welcome to Rockville. Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. Multiple cockroaches in our room, stains on our bed sheets, flies buzzing around our lights, floors so dirty you can’t walk from the bathroom to the bed without your feet turning black, mold on mini fridge, and our door doesn’t even close all the way. Also, our phone is so disgusting that the cord...

“Long wait for service when ordering at times. Day 1 waited to get Mothers Day Brunch was told it was sold out to locals. Yet an hour later a couple walks up To bar and inquired and got to purchase. Was told no upgrade even though Expedia stated so. Ended up getting one when a sign fell On me. Door staff very nice. Front desk needs hospitality training. Most waiters was nice. ”

“Mold like a lot of mold noticeable mold everywhere, Bugs, mold in the pillows just not good never using Expedia again they should verify the places they are doing bookings for if they are one or two star they should even show it as an option”

“I couldn’t check in until after 4 because my room was getting cleaned. I then checked in and the cleaner walked in on me and saw me changing… my third day I came back to my hotel room UNLOCKED. The cleaner left the dead bolt turned so anyone could access my room. I told the front staff and they called the cleaner and said she hadn’t been in there… I let them know that all the towels were replaced so clearly she was. One of the elevators was broken the entire stay and no one was out servicing it....

“Resturant was ok. A little pricey for what it was. Most of the resturant staff was not the friendliest, or attentive. Hotel and room were very clean, and well maintained. AC worked fantasticly. Towels and washcloths not the softest in the world. Didn't feel good on sun kissed skin. All in all, I would stay again just for the cleanliness and AC. Great Hotel overall. ”
