“Room was clean and the staff was friendly ”

“Property seemed pretty clean on outside, but entering my room it smelled like cigarette smoke. The door kept clanking all night as others on my floor went in and out of their rooms, very noisy. Small bugs appeared on bathroom floor as well! ”

“We had bugs in the bed blood in the sheets nasty smell in the refrigerator and nasty mildew smell in the bathroom . I barely didn’t want to shower we had to cut out stay short because of the bed and leave in the middle of the night due to no extra rooms. The breakfast was the only thing decent they had and barely that . The elevators barely worked and this is by far the worst hotel i ever stayed in. The staff manager at check in was rude and had an attitude as well. ”

“The best part was the breakfast. The rest was terrible. Supposed to have a partial ocean view room, all we could see was a wall! Our balconies were sitting in the entry roof area with parapet walls all around us, zero view. The balcony railing paint was almost all pealed off. Exterior of building needs a lot of maintenance. They say they are pet friendly but clearly don’t like you having pets. Every single employee at the front desk would glare at us if we were walking with our dogs. We ended up...

“La struttura è sul mare in un contesto di grandi strutture alberghiere di nuova costruzione che la circondano. A noi è stata assegnata una family room (locale di circa 60 mq) pulita ma con necessità di un rinnovamento. Unica nota negativa la colazione veramente deludente e lontana dallo stile americano, almeno di base.”

“Staff was wonderful. Able to take a shuttle to and from the airport. On site breakfast was good. Potatoes were hot. Bacon was cooked not over cooked. Scrambled eggs were average. Room was average. Shower pressure was ok. The only downside was the hotel didn't have hot water one morning. ”

“I liked the cleanliness of the property and my room. Check in and check out were easy. Location was great. Breakfast was okay. Liked that there was coffee and tea available throughout the day. It would have been nice if water had been available throughout the day as well with cups or the availability to fill a water bottle.”

“The air conditioner kept making popping noises all night and made sleeping impossible. The tv kept going in and out. After 6 hour drive 30 minutes of tv would have been good. The thermostat was so bright. It felt like a light house. Definitely the worst hotel we have stayed in, in the last 10 years.”

“The hotel was great and nice amenities, valet staff were very responsive and professional. Check in process was fast and smooth. Staff were very nice. The hotel overall was clean and smelled good. Our room could have been more clean. We wrote our name in the dust on the glass shelves in the bathroom when we checked in. After 4 nights it was still there. ”

“The location is great, however the facilities can be better, it will be great if they remodel the rooms and put an actually reception were people can check in properly.”

“La struttura è vecchia, malamente rimodernata. Nella stanza aleggiava odore di muffa, che ha intriso i nostri vestiti. Il condizionatore era troppo rumoroso. La colazione, semplicemente scandalosa, aveva solo cibo confezionato. Abbiamo pagato 200 euro a notte ma l’hotel non vale nemmeno la metà. Dopo due notti ce ne siamo andati, nonostante la prenotazione fosse più estesa. Esperienza da dimenticare !”

“Clean room. Wonderful staff. Glorious view from room, oceanfront pool, and outdoor gas grills made this place amazing. Great for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. ”
