“It really is a nice hotel. The staff was kind and friendly and Erica is BAR NONE!!! She’s professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about my entire stay even when I grew ancie about something!
As for the breakfast. Not the best for kosher eaters. They served pork the entire 5 days I was there except for one!! As well, children were touching the breads and muffins and then returning them!! Gross!! Parents were not monitoring them!!!
Will, great technician who took care of the bed...

“The rooms are always so clean and nice!! The staff is nothing but welcoming and so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. not to mention the breakfast is always good with so many options for everyone!! everything else is also clean and organized such as the breakfast bar, normal bar, pool, gym, etc! this is our second time staying here and this will always be our first choice hotel!!”

“Pics were a little misleading. Lock code was not working upon check in. However, Lisa was very quick to respond to my call and quickly got us an upgrade. Also had no issues changing our entrance/parking pass to the resort after upgrading. All in all in was a pleasant stay.”

“We had a wonderful experience with this cabin. Eddi was incredible to communicate with. Incredibly minor issues was the bed was not very comfortable for me, but my partner found it to be fine. The kitchen was awesome but it was missing a cookie sheet and/or pizza pan. Many cobwebs around the back porch that we took some time cleaning up, but that was expected. Two great bedrooms even though we only used the one. Would be a great place for a family with just a couple kids. Didn’t get the chance...
