“Zeer groot appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien (oven, vaatwasser). Service is top: We dachten geen handdoeken te hebben en binnen een paar minuten stond iemand voor de deur om te helpen. Snelle reactie via whatsapp. Appartement is schoon op wat stofnesten in de nok van het dak na. Het leek of badkamer gerenoveerd werd: kitranden misten. Kan wel erg warm zijn ‘s nachts (airco aanwezig maar in voorseizoen niet aangesloten). Supermarkt dichtbij; ideaal. ”

“ottimo albergo. Le stanze sono in realtà dei miniappartamenti con un cucinotto. Personale molto accogliente. Non sono previste le pulizie giornaliere, se si vuole che la stanza sia rifatta ogni giorno si paga un supplemento. L'hotel si trova fuori Strasburgo. Con la macchina é meglio utilizzare uno dei numerosi Park&ride, molto comodi e economici. Unica cosa leggermente negativa, per il bar si puo avere il listino attraverso un QRcode dalla stanza, ma i prezzi non corrispondono”

Il nostro check-in è avvenuto alle 3 di notte, nonostante li avevo avvisati preventivamente dell’orario del nostro arrivo e mi avevano risposto che non c’era nessun problema perché la reception era aperta h24, al mio arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno e la porta era ovviamente chiusa, è stato necessario chiamarli telefonicamente, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po’ al freddo. Le pulizie sono a pagamento e ci hanno dato tre tovaglie in due per 4...
