We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. “Our room was great and easy parking. Check in was smooth and staff member was super helpful. We were also able to leave our car in their car park for an overnight trip to Wellington. The property is in a fabulous position. Supermarket and chemist across the road and service station next door. Highly recommended! ”

“For what this is (a cabin in a campervan park), it was excellent. The cabin was private, clean, and quiet. There's obviously no view and the amenities are all shared (shared bathroom/toilets/showers, shared communal area) but everything was in pretty good/decent shape. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel but it's not pretending to be that. For the value and what you pay for (and for just one night where you're getting in fairly late and leaving somewhat early), it's excellent. ”
