Hotel a Schneifel

“Di speciale non aveva nulla. Il monolocale non era messo bene, non ci è stato dato il monolocale che ci è stato mostrato sulle foto al momento della prenotazione, i servizi igienici non erano ben puliti e avevano problemi di scarico. Accoglienza non è stata gradevole.”

“Mi hanno dapprima negato la possibilità di tenere il mio cane, poi mi hanno fatto, pagare 10€ a notte anzichè 5 come da info di HOTELS.COM. Mi hanno detto che la TV non c'era perchè l'avevano rubata. Mi hanno sistemato nella stanza n°3 con un letto ad una piazza attaccato al muro e con il bordo metallico più alto del materasso. Dopo una notte in bianco e aver pagato in anticipo me me sono andato rimettendoci la seconda notte. Ho quindi pagato 170€ per una notte! Inaccettabile! l'accesso...

“Sehr schöne Gegend, auch im Herbst. Toll für Fahrradtouren oder Wandern. Die Unterkunft ist spartanisch aber vollkommen ausreichend für Übernachtungen. Mann sollte keinen Luxus erwarten. Es hat den Charm einer Jugendherberge. Man verbringt ja eher kaum Zeit im Zimmer bei der schönen Landschaft. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn man weniger Geld zur Verfügung hat.”

“Super idyllisches Hotel in einer traumhaften Lage! Das Personal an der Rezeption war an allen Tagen sehr, sehr freundlich! Das Personal im Restaurant, vorrangig morgens hat hier aber noch Luft nach oben. Die Mimik der dort tätigen wirkte am ersten Morgen nicht gerade fröhlich. Aber die Qualität des Frühstücks war sehr gut! Auch das Abendessen war qualitativ hervorragend! Einzig die Quantität könnte etwas mehr sein. Die Zimmer waren romantisch und sehr sauber, sehr schöne Badezimmer. Aber… Wie...

“Very nice hotel at an excellent price! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was really friendly during check in and took us immediately to our room and showed us how everything in the room worked. Very cozy room and bathroom with a tub, which my wife enjoyed taking a warm bath in after a very cold and wet day. Great breakfast included with the room at no additional charge. Ever back in this area again, I would definitely stay stay here again.”

“Séjour réservé pour fêter mon anniversaire en famille dans une chambre studio avec une vue lac, malheureusement la chambre attribuée était au rdc et n’avait pas de vue lac donc après une réclamation auprès de l’accueil, ils nous a été attribué une chambre avec vue lac dans l étage supérieur par le team manager, qui nous a offert un voucher pour 4 personnes pour un verre. Par ailleurs a notre arrivée il n’y avait pas non plus de disponibilité pour dîner au restaurant alors que nous passions la...

We could store our bicycles in the private garage ahead of check in time, als we could enter the room earlier. The restaurant of the hotel is also recommemded”

“Det er et fint lille hotel. Pænt dobbeltværelse med eget bad og toilet. Morgenmads buffet incl, med pænt udvalg. Yderst gæstfri værtspar og pænt og rent alle steder. Lækker restaurant i hotellet . Kort køre afstand til spa f1 bane, som var vores mål med opholdet.”

“Oh no, please don't make me leave this hotel! We have stayed here for four nights and haved loved coming back here every evening. The decor is so classy, the beds are so comfortable and the layout is sleek and modern. There are plenty of restaurants near by and the breakfast is hearty and plentiful. We found luxury, comfort and convenience, all under one roof & even the parking was a breeze! ”

Sauberkeit generell ebenfalls sehr gut, bis auf einige (fremde) Haare am Bettzeug (Material mit rauher Oberfläche). Wer eine Unterkunft in dieser Gegend sucht, macht mit diesem Hotel nichts falsch, würde selbst jederzeit wieder hier buchen.”
