“Wir hatten bei Ankunft ein kleines Problem mit den Zimmern, es wurden statt drei DZ nur zwei DZ und ein EZ reserviert. Das Problem wurde unmittelbar und professionell gelöst. So stellt man sich guten Service vor! Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.”

“Staff is really superb very friendly, they make you feel at home. Restaurant is excellent if you want to taste local regional dishes. ”

“Some employees were quite helpful. Others, like one at the reception told me “we do not provide that service” when i requested a fan in my room. He refused to take it to my room and instead pointed at a fan and said you can take that one. There is no A/C in any of the rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re in 36 C heat with humidity. “Die Unterkunft war ok aber keinesfalls 4 Sterne und auch nicht Hervorragend. Es wird nicht täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Eine Tiefgarage gibt es auch nicht. Alles in allem in Ordnung aber nicht wie beschrieben.”
