“First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!”

“The cabin is absolutely lovely, on a gorgeous property and a beautiful pond with clear water, great for swimming and family fun. It was great for our family of 5, relaxing and comfortable. “The cabin, Bossie, is beautifully located. It also has all of the amenities I needed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, towels, linens. “Our stay at Tacklebox was lovely. The cabin is spotlessly clean and very cozy with thoughtful amenities you would expect at a luxury resort: a beautiful sauna, Japanese soaking tub, nice bath products, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, a firepit, 2 kayaks, a canoe, etc. Access to Lake Champlain from a private dock was easy and the view across the lake from the cabin's deck was spectacular, especially at sunset. All in all, we had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the Tacklebox.”
