“Camera spaziosa, pulita e nuova. Nel abitava dall’ampio balcone. Ero stato qui lo scorso anno con problemi di pulizia in bagno segnalati (può capitare). Ma questa volta tutto perfetto. Aus nel sevizio che nella pulizia. Reception sempre gradevolissima e disponibilissima. Ci tornerò volentieri. Consigliato”

“Trovare parcheggio non è semplice. Però nel complesso soggiorno molto positivo e colazione super.”

“Stanza e ambienti all’ingresso in generale puliti. In stanza le Lenzuola non erano pulite, ho trovato dei capelli dentro le lenzuola e sotto il cuscino A colazione i tavoli erano sporchi. Alle ore 9:00 di sabato mattina ora di punta per la colazione, il cibo era finito e abbiamo dovuto chiederlo più volte aspettando fino alle 9:30. Il pane è arrivato alle 10:00 quando già il tempo per la colazione era terminato. Poca scelta di cibo e concentrato in un piccolo angolo dove la gente deve fare una...

“We had a good experience. The room was clean, large, not noisy, the bathroom was also large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but to me there was very little choice as to sweets (only minicroissants and homemade jams).”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“The room is really super-small. Apart of it, il all new and well kept. Bathroom is compact but shower is large and comfortable. I appreciate the fact that this structure accept dogs !. Overall was ok for one night, while i was on travel. ”

“Although located a little out of town the location is very pleasant and quiet. Housekeeping is very good. I rented a bike in town for my stay and there is secure parking in the garage to keep it. To bike to town is about 10 minutes; walking 25 but busses are very frequent.”

Attention il n'est pas possible de prendre l'ascenseur en soirée pour certaines chambres-se le faire préciser à la réservation ?- les chambres étant réparties et séparées par la réception fermée le soir. Très bon emplacement dans le centre de Wittlich. C'est la 2e fois que je réserve ici et je garde précieusement les coordonnées pour un éventuel prochain séjour à Wittlich ”

“What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value.
