Hotel vicino a Sci-Tech Center of Northern New York - Watertown

“Room was clean, bathroom well it always smells like humidity because they don’t have fans I guess , ironing board was broken but told tue front desk. Breakfast is always excellent for continental!! Love their pillows and bed! Wish I could buy those comfy pillows LOL One bad thing our room was facing the I-81 so we could hear the big trucks and traffic which sucked”

“Our stay for two night was a bit trematic on our part. Our car broke down and we were forced to rent a car to get back home 2 hours away. The staff and especially the airport shuttle driver were awesome and helpful. So willing to assist us with all of our needs. We really appreciated all their care they extended. The room was clean and quiet. We will stay there again on our next visit.”

“This place is disgusting. There is brown liquid literally dripping down the walls in the lobby. Elevator was out of service, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, the room was filthy and had stains on the comforter and looked like someone had been laying on it, there was black hair all over the bathroom, rust, and dirt. There were also very sketchy people clearly living in the hotel. We left immediately and were denied a refund.”

“We traveled here with our young children. This hotel is quite new, and very clean. We got a room with 3 beds, which was game changing for us so no one was sharing. The room was plenty big for 4 people. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at Candlewood Suites Watertown was honestly very disappointing. Carla at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and she was probably the only positive part of the experience. The room smelled terrible, like a closed unused room full of dust and mold. There were spider webs everywhere, flies inside the room, and the living room area smelled very bad, like it had not been cleaned or used properly for a long time. The curtains were broken, the windows...
