Hotel vicino a New York State Zoo at Thompson Park - Watertown

“We visit this area regularly and this is the hotel we return to. Staff are wonderful, rooms are clean & comfortable and the breakfast is always good. We don’t use the pool but it looks nice. We will stay here again in the future. ”

“The room had public hair in tub, on floor and had the worst smell. I brought it to their attention and their response was Oh. I was staying here when I came in town but boy what a couple months did to the place. I would not stay here again this place is gone down hill very fast”

“The sound isolation between rooms seemed to be very bad. At twelve o'clock at night I was woken up by a conversation in the next room. No shouting, just talk which wnt on for hours.”

“Would not recommend, I stayed here previously and things were fine. But this time was not good. Went to take a shower and the water started out brown, then it never got hot. Ran out of toilet paper and there wasn't any new roll. The room was questionably clean, and the fitted sheet was on upside down which made me wonder if it was clean or just flipped. And the remote for the TV didn't work. I chose not to stay for breakfast, which didn't even look good, because I don't want to eat...
