“Perfect stay”

“We checked in after 10pm amd the front desk had to unlock the sliding door. I appreciated the fact that people couldn't randomly walk in without a key card or the staff unlocking the door. Made for a safer feeling”

“Our stay for two night was a bit trematic on our part. Our car broke down and we were forced to rent a car to get back home 2 hours away. The staff and especially the airport shuttle driver were awesome and helpful. So willing to assist us with all of our needs. We really appreciated all their care they extended. The room was clean and quiet. We will stay there again on our next visit.”

“The good : well located with easy highway access to Route 81, Watertown, Sackets Harbor, and the Thousand Islands region within 10 to 25 minutes. Reasonably comfortable rooms. Good desk staff (when they are there). The bad: continental breakfast was poor. No breads of any kind. No fruits. Bitter Coffee. The desk staff often not there. Sought towels at 10pm. Rang the service phone at desk. No one came after over 5 minutes. I finally roamed till I found a guy. Internet wifi was...

“I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at Candlewood Suites Watertown was honestly very disappointing. Carla at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and she was probably the only positive part of the experience. The room smelled terrible, like a closed unused room full of dust and mold. There were spider webs everywhere, flies inside the room, and the living room area smelled very bad, like it had not been cleaned or used properly for a long time. “Accueil désagréable, entrée, réception et chambre très mal propre. Odeur épouvantable corridor et chambre. Draps et couvertures mal propres. Rideaux de douche et fenêtres défait. Toiles d’araignées dans la chambre, miroir bariolé. Pas de verre ( même plastique) pour se brosser les dents. Brûlures de cigarettes dans les draps. Expérience horrible.”
