“The place was run down. But the staff were lovely and helpful”

“The room was for the most part was clean. The door to the room stuck and you had to muscle it to get it open.”

“I booked a downstairs handicap accessible room because I struggle with stairs. I got there and was told there was no bottom floor rooms or handicap accessible rooms. Will never stay there ever again. Very disappointed!”

“Very eclectic! Modern and very clean! Continental breakfast was always good. It was kept full and was fresh.”

“The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.”

“I got a room with no tv, no fridge - I had bedbugs so bad we were eaten alive. It's nasty and gross and to top it off they put a new guy there that had been only working 3 days and he double charged my card and it took 4 days for me to get MY money back - disgusting”

“The hotel was dirty and old, breakfast was cold, and the room was dusty. The water pressure in the shower was exceptional however. The surrounding area was also nice.”

“Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures”

“Personale cordiale, la colazione scarsissima, il Wi-Fi non funzionava e la camera non pulita con cura.”

“Not clean even a bag of trash was left in the room. Old equipment and rusty things. Not clean carpet floor. Bathtub old with stains. No elevator. Lack of enough bread for breakfast and hot water. People were drinking with bottles I sitting on stairs.”

“The staff was friendly. The coffee was decent. Our bathroom mirror was broken. The shower door didn’t close so water got everywhere. The fridge was cold and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. This place is right next to a Waffle House and has stations are conveniently located. It is a hub for semis in the back parking lot so if you’re towing there’s parking.”
