“What a pleasant place this was. We had food in the Dolly bar and it was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The room was clean and had everything you could want If I was being picky it would of been lovely to of seen outside lights from the bar so you could see the river in the dark”

“Upon arrival at reception, the entire area had a very strong cigarette smell, apparently from other guests smoking in prohibited areas. Unfortunately, this smell persisted throughout our entire stay when going through the reception area. Check-in was very slow, with only one staff member on duty at 3pm — one of the busiest times of the day. We had booked an executive room, but it looked quite tired and in need of refurbishment.
