Like any other piece of nature, it has its own flora and fauna, which we tried to preserve as much as possible. Please note:
A new home is being constructed next door to this Leisure Lake Resort.
The construction is scheduled from Monday till Friday 8 am - 5 pm. and may impact your stay.
For this reason, the rate has been reduced accordingly.

Pets are allowed in the Chalet, but they must sleep on the floor. Cleaning sofas and beds after pets will be subject to an additional $200 fee.

! Please do not overuse fireplace inside the house. Fireplace it is getting very hot. Please be careful !
* To confirm reservation, all guests must provide ID information.
If guest refuses to do so, the host has the right to cancel booking through airbnb support team.
* Smoking is prohibited in the house, including electronic cigarettes. fine for violation - $1000
* Minimum age of booking 25yo
* No shoes inside of the house
* Our policy prohibits use of beds and other indoor furniture by pets. Otherwise, the fee of $300 for professional cleaning will apply.
