“On arrival I attempted to check in, although slightly prior to 3 pm, The staff advised the unit was still being cleaned and would contact me via my mobile once it is available. I left waited until 3pm as I had not had any contact went back to the office to attempt to get into the accomodation as per the contract I was supposed to be allowed as of 3pm.
