“Breakfast area was nice. Food was typical hotel buffet choices. Building was updated and modern. ”

“Staff improvement is highly needed! Our room was missed for cleaning Saturday Morning while I was out and once I arrived I was informed that the cleaning crew was gone. I failed to receive any fresh towels, fresh ice bags and no tissue for the day. I had to go to the front desk to receive the items which I found irritating. “I checked in at 2:30 am and knew that I had until 11:00am to check out. It was 10:45 and I was loading my car and they locked me out. Key quit working at 10:44. Desk clerk didn’t understand why I was angry. They lock you out before check out. What the hell Reena was very very rude. She thinks we are in some India. Caste system. And treated me like trash because she didn’t know how to print a receipt ”

“The room had a strong musky smell and overall felt grungy. The staff was kind. The gym was locked and we couldn’t get into it even with the staff’s help, so that was odd. I woke up at 3 am to super loud music next door. At the time I thought it was above me because the ceiling was vibrating as well as the walls. The front desk girl checked only the third floor and not the second floor so nothing was done about the noise. Overall definitely nooooot worth $150 at all”
