“un posto davvero da sogno ! molto curato, giardini bellissimi ed interni davvero raffinati e di stile ! camere molto belle e pulite , personale disponibile. un po' difficile da trovare sul navigatore e coordinate inesistenti sul sito e in albergo questa è stata l'unica difficoltà che abbiamo riscontrato ! Assolutamente fantastico torneremo di sicuro”

“On arrival and after a three and a half hour journey, we needed a shower. There was one hand towel in the property and that was it!! No bath towels.
Phoned the owner/contact for the property who said if we purchased some towels, kept the receipt he woud refund us. We purchased two towels between four of us; although it was a pain to have to go find a shop to get some. I can't find any receipt for them but they were just cheap get me by thin towels. E mailed the owner/ contact, but no reply....

Ogni settimana mi è stata assegnata una camera diversa e ogni camera si è confermata essere spaziosa, pulita, col letto comodo e accessoriata con tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno durante un viaggio di lavoro.

“I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable.”

“Friendly greeting upon arrival, staff were very helpful.
The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. ”

“This was a great stay overall. Fully functional kitchen and washer/drier. However, no room cleaning or replenishing of towels unless you asked. But I’d stay again. Also, they have AC, many hotels don’t, so that was a plus we didn’t know is a must have. ”

“Il parcheggio é esterno e facente parte di un centro commerciale.
Le tessere magnetiche per salire in ascensore ed entrare nelle stanze funzionano malissimo e la reception al check in non spiega come minimizzare i problemi. É capitato di tornare tre volte in reception perche non riuscivo ad accedere in ascensore.
Ho cliccato sull'opzione internet veloce e non era chiaro nei termini e condizioni che si pagasse.
Colazione scarsa.
Unica nota positiva la posizione centrale.”

“Hotel di ottima organizzazione, vicino al centro ed affacciati sugli incantevoli canali di Birmingham. La camera è di giuste dimensioni, molto pulita ed organizzata. La colazione inglese o continentale è strepitosa, veramente deliziosa ed abbondante.
Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, oltretutto mi hanno risolto un problema con il parcheggio a pagamento sotto l’hotel che probabilmente è l’unica pecca dell’hotel se fate uso delle quattro ruote.

"Hotel in posione ottima per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi, mentre la via di nottee piena di vita e comunque ristoranti, pubs, locali notturni sono tutti li!"
"Sono stata in questo hotel per lavoro per tre notti. Solitamente scelgo il Leonardo in Europa come catena di hotel in quanto mi trovo benissimo con le stanze ed il servizio. La posizione non è male, essendo situato abbastanza in centro ma questo hotel non è stato per nulla come gli altri Leonardo in cui sono stata. Le stanze sono piccole e per arrivarci ci vuole molto tempo in quanto non so che succede con i quattro ascensori ma si creano code per aspettarli. Inoltre la cosa più deludente è stata il servizio ho chiesto due sere di fila la colazione d’asporto ed entrambe le mattine si sono dimenticati o non lo hanno scritto. La colazione inoltre rispetto altri altri Leonardo non ha molte opzioni senza lattosio e senza glutine sebbene i camerieri siano gentili.
In sintesi non ritornerei in questo hotel visto il servizio."
