“My family including my 1 year old child was placed in a room that absolutely stunk like cigarette smoke. There was a burn hole in our comforter on the bed I had to sleep in. Cigarette burs on side of the tub. Tub was dirty, a previous guests soap was left in shower. Dirty hand print on wall of shower. Pink dye all over inside of tub. The most disgusting room I ever had to stay in. Room 139. They should be ashamed to give that to a guest.”

“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...

“Breakfast was good. Most staff who spoke English were very helpful. Others were really nice but couldn’t be helpful due to language. The air conditioner was pretty loud but kept the room cool during the heat wave we experienced while staying at the holiday inn. Overall service was good, we didn’t need to use a lot of the amenities and the hotel is in fairly good condition. It served the purpose after the first night, I got used to the ac sound and I was able to sleep better for the remaining...
