“Guest ready was indeed not ready for guests. Check in was absolutely horrible. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. “Wonderful apartment, great location but no lift for those with mobility issues”

“Troppo rumoroso, serramenti da cambiare. L'aria condizionata non funzionava e neanche la ventola del bagno. Non abbiamo mai incontrato personale, a cui chiedere supporto (per 3 persone ci hanno dato 4 asciugamani), e neanche per l'accoglienza. Ci è stata poi data una stanza al terzo piano, senza ascensore, ed eravamo con un bambino di 3 anni, poca sensibilità. Colazione buona e arredi piacevoli.”

“Decisamente un 5 stelle! A due passi dalla Cattedrale (Se´) di Porto e dall´accesso superiore al Ponte Luis 1 (Eiffel) , in un palazzo nobiliare si trova questo boutique Hotel. La camera ( 70mq) e´ un appartamento con accesso diretto al giardino, personale gentilissimo. Colazione ottima, varia e con molte preparazioni al momento. Tariffe economiche (rispetto ad hotel di pari posizione e categoria)”
