Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. “The location was not convenient for dining, and shops. Before arriving, I received a text saying if you need overview of the city, let us know. so I asked for it, then, I received a map. That was it. Very disappointed. And the woman at the front was not nice. The room was small, and there is no closet. There was only a short bar to hung my clothes. So not convenient. ”
