“I called to make sure my room was on the first floor due to a recent injury. I was told my room was on the second floor but they were able to move us to a first floor room at the last minute.”

“The suite was very spacious, clean, and modern. The help desk was very friendly. The only thing I would change is the availability of ice - after hours I could not find any at the bar”

“Not our first stay at this location. To be 100% clear, opted for the "basic" room. Turns out...very basic, not even a chair in the room to sit. Very small, few outlets, and refrigerator door would not close once we put items inside, used my suitcase to keep it closed. It is very close to the beach, appears to be pet friendly and easy walk to the boardwalk. Check in process was last minute, inconvenient when traveling, same with the check out process.”

“The hotel is not very clean, the room felt dirty in the bathroom and the couch inside the room. The pool was covered with hair and it would stick to the kids as they exited the water.”

“The bed was very comfortable and there were different pillow choices which was appreciated due to some neck issues I have. The staff was polite and the complimentary breakfast was way better than expected with fresh ground coffee that was great!”

“Check-in time was 4pm but a lot of us had to wait for later. Pool closes at 8pm which is ridiculous. Garbage stains on the wall. The weird early pool closer is what got me. Adults during the peak season should be able to swim until at least 10pm. If I go to Kure again I’d see about different lodging.”
