Hotel vicino a Sea Life Museum-Marine Mammal Stranding Center - Atlantic City

“I stood at hotel close to a week. The place its on a great location. A block from the ocean. However despite the great location; the customer service at this hotel is very poor. They dont give you more than 2 towels at a time per day. Be aware, there is an extra hotel charge of about $50 for the hotel amenities. If booking with expedia this is not disclosed somehow. The hotel charges this separately on check in. The reception does not answer the phone if you call from your room. You have to...

“My family and I stood at the Sheraton to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hallways and the rooms were all super clean. No odor. The best of all was that the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs and its literally around the corner from the outlets. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family.”

“The room was clean. The property needs upgrades. There was burn holes in the sheets. Outside the property was alarming. There was a horrid smell of urine and lots of homeless people. Prostitution right outside. But it is 1 block from the beach.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was also very convenient ,easy to get around and close to plenty of restaurants, stores, and other attractions. The only downside was the breakfast it was more of a light continental spread with muffins, bagels, granola bars, and coffee.so not the hearty breakfast I was expecting. Still, overall, a great experience, and I would stay again!”

“The pool area was fabulous it was clean and very relaxing the rooms where clean as well and property is clean, has a great smell throughout and I liked being in the MGM tower away from the casino crowd”

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”
