“This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!”

“We had a good time staying at this condo unit, however there were several things that we were disappointed with. The listing shows a clear unobstructive view of the ocean. Upon arrival we discovered that the palmetto trees block the ocean view, but you can see the ocean when sitting on the high table and chairs located on the balcony. The living room loveseat and sofa are very stained and dirty. The bathmats in all bathrooms need cleaning. We could never get the tv in the master to work. The...

“This property is in a great location if your goal is to be close to the nightlife and party scene. The home itself was clean, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish.That said, for a group of moms hoping for a relaxing girls’ weekend, it ended up being a much louder stay than expected. The nearby music was extremely loud late into the night — the windows were literally shaking until around 2 AM, and one night the DJ started back up again until nearly 3 AM....

“Beautiful condo in a lovely, convenient area of town. Nice amount of space for 4 of us, very clean and comfy. Kitchen is a good size for cooking and the living room was perfect for relaxing after seeing the sights. Lots of small restaurants close by. Only warning, there’s no elevator so you will need to climb a few flights of stairs.”
