Questa villa al primo piano è una delle poche proprietà Seabrook con una vera vista sulla spiaggia ed è l'ideale per una coppia in cerca di un rifugio sull'isola! Seduti sul fiume Edisto con vista sull'Oceano Atlantico, sarete trattati per splendidi panorami d'acqua.

Camminare e immediatamente a sinistra è la camera da letto king-size con bagno en-suite con doccia e vasca. C'è una TV a schermo piatto con cavo e un videoregistratore. Puoi usare il tuo computer sul ponte nell'angolo della finestra. Più avanti nel corridoio c'è un secondo bagno completo con doccia.

La zona giorno principale include molti posti a sedere, con TV / cavo a schermo piatto per il vostro divertimento. C'è una scrivania per il tuo computer, un telefono fisso e wifi in tutto. La zona giorno è decorata con gusto in colori luminosi e caldi, offrendo un'atmosfera da spiaggia. La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo rotondo che può ospitare quattro persone. Una cucina cucina completamente attrezzata si trova adiacente ed è parzialmente aperta all'area principale. Questa cucina ben fornita ha anche un caffè e una macchina per caffè espresso. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice impilata nell'armadio della lavanderia.

Dirigiti verso le porte scorrevoli verso il portico che domina le dune protette su Pelican Beach e Edisto Rivier e sull'Oceano Atlantico. Goditi la cena e bevi intorno alla tavola rotonda che può ospitare quattro persone. Rilassati guardando i meravigliosi tramonti sul mare, grazie alla posizione rivolta a ovest di quel lato dell'isola. Vuoi approfittare della spiaggia? Prendi le scale dal portico e cammina lungo la passerella fino a Pelican Beach. Siete a pochi passi dal mettere le dita dei piedi nella sabbia e nell'acqua. Ci sono due sedie di sabbia e un ombrellone per il tuo uso.

I will be back!!! Our first vacation in 8 years. Our son stays at another house for the week but it was wonderful having beach access. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked in all 3 nights which I don't do at home.

Good little 1-bedroom condo unit, perfect for a couples getaway. Easy access to beaches, golf, club amenities on the island. Very cozy balcony with shade all day.

First floor unit was perfect for a few days with my small dog. Very convenient, right next to beach walkway, easy walk to beach. We did hear footsteps from the unit above on occasion but it wasn’t bad. Kitchen was well-stocked, furniture very comfortable, beach chairs and cart were a plus. Bath was very nicely renovated. AC didn’t quite keep up with humidity and mattress could use replacing but was still comfortable. Overall, fantastic stay.

We love nature, the beach, biking and the water. This Seabrook condo was just perfect for us. We didn’t need our car - we biked everywhere. Very quiet, peaceful sleep and beautiful sunsets. Fabulous location.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this property. We loved having water views and the boardwalk to the beach right outside our door. From the porch we were able to see amazing sunsets. The Condo is well stocked and very clean. The kitchen was small but updated. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. They were perfectly adequate but could use updating. Communication with the management company was easy and smooth. All in all, we give this property five stars...it was perfect for our short getaway.

The property has very recently been painted, new flooring, updated kitchen and new furniture in the Living Room. The unit gives you a beach feeling and has a wonderful view. So peaceful and fresh!

The Pelican Nest villa was more than we could have hoped for. Clean, well stocked, and the location to the beach and amenities was awesome! We biked the island, played golf, and swam in the club pool! It was great! That being said, the sunsets, either from the deck or right on the beach were amazing! A slice of heaven! This is the place to be for a coastal vacation!

5 star across the board. Perfect for two: well stocked kitchen, comfy deck chairs, clean bathrooms with good water pressure. Everything worked well except the coffee maker. Some walls could use a coat of paint, but we were outside and didn’t look at the walls too much. Very nice place.

Comfortable with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to a beach umbrella. The location is absolutely peaceful with quiet beach, lovely sunsets, wildlife views right from the porch deck. Better detail to housecleaning prior to our arrival would have been appreciated. We would Definitely stay here again.

This property was fabulous! The Views of ocean were great. The villa was so well stocked with both gadgets/appliances it made it so easy to have a nice breakfast and lunch there. We would love to stay in this unit again.

A great property for a couple! We stayed 5 nights. Perfect location and access to Seabrook Island beach - a very quiet uncrowded beach during the week. Important to us given the virus situation. Well stocked kitchen -- and the king bed was very comfortable!

This unit was close to the public boardwalk, pet stations and outdoor shower stations. A short walk to the amenity pool, restaurant and golf course. We brought our pet, who was able to enjoy the dog beach for the first time. Walking, swimming or biking everyday! I needed to set my exercise goals higher on my Apple Watch because exercising was never so much more pleasurable in this community! The resident neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. We didn' t want to leave!!!!!

The villa was clean and beautifully decorated. The views were fabulous! Enjoyed our stay and will be back and hopefully can get this villa again! Seabrook Island is where I want to retire!
