* Vicino a Charleston, Carolina del Sud. La nostra affascinante "casa sull'albero" con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova a soli 4 km dalla spiaggia sulla prestigiosa e recintata Seabrook Island. Con ampio spazio e un design unico nel suo genere, la tua famiglia, amici o colleghi adoreranno questa fetta di paradiso a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia, dalle piscine, dal golf, dai ristoranti e da tutti gli altri servizi che Seabrook ha da offrire.

Arredato con gusto con un layout aperto, atmosfera contemporanea e rinnovamenti freschi, la nostra "casa sull'albero" è un'ottima base di partenza per il tuo prossimo viaggio a Seabrook Island.

Il divano e le sedie sono ideali per rilassarsi con il gruppo davanti al caffè del mattino o dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia. Approfitta della TV a grande schermo per rimanere aggiornato sulle tue squadre sportive preferite, restare al passo con la politica o guardare abbuffati su Netflix. Il divano si trasforma in un letto per massimizzare i posti letto.

La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per gustare i pasti in casa con amici e familiari. Inoltre, c'è una griglia di propano situata a casa per farti grigliare ogni volta che vuoi. Viene fornita anche una macchina Keurig, quindi ti preghiamo di bere tutto il caffè che desideri.

Le camere sono dotate di letti queen size e tutte hanno finestre che forniscono molta luce naturale. Le camere sono dotate di armadi, quindi c'è un ampio spazio di archiviazione.

Enjoyed it - it was perfect for our family of 4. Short bike ride to beach; clean; cozy setup; simple kitchen was good for us; grill worked well; 2 small bathrooms were good for us. Pics on listing are a bit dated - but the gist is the same. We'd be glad to stay again!

We loved our stay at Jaren’s treehouse! The most beautiful oak tree is right there …an inspiration! My kids had to leave early given a family emergency and she was so accommodating when I needed for my husband to drive into Seabrook to stay and to get me back home! Jaren’s home is very cozy and clean…this is great access to the beach and other island favorites. Perfect for a group of four, small family, girls’ weekend etc. It was chilly…but this home provides so much during all seasons of the year. Very highly recommended. Thank you, Jaren!

This adorable little treehouse bungalow was so fun to stay in! Perfect for a short stay, we loved the location. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of pillows to lounge around and watch TV. We will definitely stay here again!!

This cottage was perfect to spend the night for my husbands birthday. The host was easily accessible and patient with the questions I had. The house was clean and in a great location on the island. We enjoyed seeing the deer outside the windows and the home was the perfect size for us.

First of all, Seabrook Island is awesome! This was our first visit and the people were super nice and welcoming! Even the residents treated us with kindness and greeted us every morning as we walked our dogs. The house was super clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The owners thought of everything from cooking utensils and dishes to small fans on the night stands! We enjoyed coffee early in the mornings on the deck surrounded by moss draped trees and the sound of nature! The floor the ceiling windows made the house feel so open and airy. The beach was a short bike ride away as well as the beach club. We loved the beach club! The amenity cards are worth the money! The beaches are wide open with shallow water which we enjoyed daily! A special thanks to the owners of the house for answering any questions I had so promptly! They also messaged to check in on us mid week. I would definitely rent this house again!

Nothing bad to say about the property or the manager - which is why this rating is 5 stars. But, beware, the Seabrook "vibe" and amenity card programs have drastically changed, and not for the better. Be prepared for constant uncharges, to not be welcomed by rude staff and the old folks who live on the island who are clearly intent on making renters unwelcome. For this reason - again, absolutely nothing to do with this property or the owners of it - we will never return to Seabrook, and you should make sure that you're aware of all of this before you book.

It was a great vacation! We loved the cute little tree house, it is small but perfect for what we needed it for - a place to sleep and shower while we explored downtown Charleston and the island. Very peaceful, relaxing and full of nature. Loved our stay! Jaren was very accommodating!! Thank you for a great vacation!!

We loved staying in the treehouse, it was everything we expected and more. It was spacious enough for us and our two pups. We were even able to enjoy the sunset each night with just a quick walk to the beach and playtime with the dogs in the mornings. We would reserve this villa again in a heartbeat!

The property is older and in need of updates. Photos on listing make it look MUCH nicer than it is. Bathrooms very small. Stairs and porch not swept and very dirty. Furniture old and worn. Would not recommend.

The house itself is really cute and cool. Treehouse vibes for sure. The host was good with communication and was helpful and accommodating to our needs. It was super easy to find and an easy check-in process. They gave a lot of details and info about the island which is helpful. Outside of the rental property itself if you decide to come to Seabrook Island and are trying to decide whether to get a rental car, do it. There are not too many places to get food or groceries nearby.
