Vai in questo condominio al primo piano sulla spiaggia in un'isola residenziale tranquilla e recintata con vegetazione tropicale e abbondante fauna selvatica. Rilassati sul ponte della tua riposante villa mentre guardi i delfini in giro, i pellicani si tuffano, i gamberetti e le barche a vela scivolano lungo il fiume Edisto. Goditi la vista panoramica su chilometri di acqua con tramonti spettacolari o piacevoli passeggiate sulla spiaggia privata di 3 miglia di lunghezza.

Rilassarsi nel soggiorno arredato in modo confortevole mentre si gode la vista dell'acqua attraverso le porte scorrevoli. Goditi la conversazione con familiari e amici o guardando il tuo programma o film preferito sul grande HDTV / DVD. Il divano si apre su un letto matrimoniale per gli ospiti extra. Salite sul ponte privato coperto ogni sera con una bibita fresca e guardate il cielo diventare rosso e arancione quando il sole tramonta sull'acqua. Prendi le scale dal ponte e segui la passerella fino alla tranquilla Pelican Beach. Sedetevi sulle sedie da spiaggia fornite dal proprietario mentre i bambini giocano nelle onde che lambiscono dolcemente.

La cucina è aperta sulla zona giorno e dispone di mobili bianchi, pavimenti in piastrelle, ripiani in granito e un armadio lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice. Fuori dalla sala è un bagno completo con doccia - Ottimo se avete ospiti extra. Continuate lungo il corridoio fino alla camera da letto principale. Questo grande rifugio ha un letto king size, HDTV a parete, scrivania e bagno annesso adiacente con vasca / doccia.

We so enjoyed our time here! The short walk to the beach each day was great. But I think our dog enjoyed his stay most. The ability for him to join us on the beach day made for great memories.

Our stay was shortened by a broken bone … but the unit is very nicely decorated and spotless. We’ve stayed in the Pelican Watch villas numerous times and they’ve all been exceptional. Can’t miss.

First floor unit and was very quiet until the last day when guests moved in to the unit above us. We really enjoyed our long walks on the beaches, especially walking the beach accessed by boardwalk #2. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Had a great time at Pelican Watch and the Seabrook Club. Have been vacationing at SB on and off since 1991 and it is alway an enjoyable experience. A plus this year with no hurricanes in the areas our week!!

We love staying at Pelican Watch. This unit is great. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit provides 4 beach chairs, which is handy. We decided to not unpack our own beach chairs.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to escape for several days. The unit felt like home The location was magical. And we got to see deer, rabbits and even a brightly hued rough green snake. No dolphins this time but several shrimp trawelers silhouetted against brilliant sunsets.

Mom and I so enjoyed this property. Clean and roomy. Easy access to the beach. Which was great for my 82 year old Mom. Convenient to dinning and shopping. Hope to go back soon!

Confusion about bedding. The sheets were put on sideways and were very thin. On the third day I happened to look in laundry closet and found a nice set of sheets in the dryer so I put them on the bed.

The pictures of the view do not lie! You are literally as close to the beach as you can get. Just walk down the back steps and over the small dunes and you're there. I sat on the deck with my coffee every morning, watching the dolphins and pelicans feed and trawlers and sailboats sail past the perfect sunsets. As a woman traveling alone with my dog, this place was perfect for me. There is only one entry/exit gate to the Island with a security gate. We went during the time of year when dogs are allowed off-leash and my girl had a BLAST meeting other dogs, running in the sand and dipping her toes in the mild surf. The unit itself was clean and comfy. There wasn't anyone around, so I don't know how noisy it would be in the high season, but I could get work done. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow, and I wanted to watch Netflix, so this isn't the place to have a full working vacation. It's a nice place to get away, disconnect and enjoy the island, which is exactly what I needed! Freshfields is only five minutes away and there are two farmer's markets on Betsy Kerrison Road on the way in with amazing local food (tomato and key lime pie, fresh pasta, local meat, etc.) and a FANTASTIC fried chicken joint called KinFolk within ten minutes from the property. I spent most of my time walking on the beach with my dog collecting shells and sand dollars, going to the nearby spas, cooking, reading, and relaxing. If that's what you're looking for, then this place is great!

This is a great villa that is updated and so comfortable. I don’t know what more we could have wished for! There is even another door off of the porch that leads to the boardwalk to the beach. Highly recommend this villa and Coastal Getaways.

If you want privacy, easy access to the beach, safety, friendly people, great communication, a wonderful villa and to just lay on the beach all day…then this is the perfect place! It’s our 2nd year staying on Seabrook Island and it’s heaven!

I have not been to Pelican Watch in over 30 years. It was so nice to be back and stay in a unit that was so clean, beautiful and well decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. So much space. We had our two kids 12 and 5 with us. Short walks down the boardwalk to the beach every morning to find seashells, many sand castles built, as well as 7 trips to the pool. We saw deer, dolphins and pelicans from the balcony along with sunsets right out of a movie. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

The condo was spotless when we arrived. It is more spacious and nicer than the pics show. Easy beach access and a wonderful surprise to get a sunset view on an East Coast island! Comfortable king-sized bed. As others mentioned, the kitchen was well-equiped. Spectacular water views from both inside the condo and the deck. Nice sandy beach with gentle waves.

Despite the rain, the rental was exactly what we needed. This was our first stay on Seabrook Island. It did not disappoint. The view from our rental was outstanding. Quiet is the best way to describe the whole setting. We were comfortable in the unit and it was furnished well. Based on this stay, we'll be back.

This was a lovely property for a get-away and relaxation .. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, the sunsets were out of this world- even on the few cloudy days. Although neighbors were all around us, it was quiet and private. The Condo was clean, an efficient and well equipped kitchen ,, The decor is updated , classic and comfy. The checking -in process was smooth and a welcomed breeze . We just can’t say enough good things about our stay and the property -especially after bad experiences with other properties and management companies in the past , but this was great overall and we will definitely visit again. Well done!

The property was amazing! Our family of four had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space, with awesome views! The villa was well equip with everything we needed for a quick, fall break get-away. The booking, check-in, check-out procedure was quick and easy. We will certainly look forward to staying here again in the future.
