Seabrook Exclusives | 168 High Hammock

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom High Hammock villa, only a short walk or bike ride to the beach, boasts tranquil golf course views and includes amenity cards to the club pools at Seabrook Island Club!

The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa, accent chairs, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and stunning views of the Ocean Winds Golf Course right outside the windows. The sofa opens as a sofabed which is comfortable for children. The sliding glass doors lead from the living room straight outside onto a large private patio with serene Island views.

The beautiful kitchen provides plenty of space and high-end appliances to cook your favorite meals right from home. The dining area features a table for six overlooking the golf course.

This stunning High Hammock villa offers two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and an attached private bathroom.

The second bedroom is perfect for kids or single adults with two twin beds, a wall-mounted TV, a full bathroom located in the hallway and access to the covered patio.

An in house laundry area is conveniently located in a separate hallway off the bedrooms.

High Hammock Villas are located near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Club Amenity Access Included! Additional user fees apply for use of amenities on the island.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to the beach.

Pet Policy: This villa does not permit any pets.

We chose this for the amenities card included. When we arrived, we discovered we didn’t have access despite returning our forms and couldn’t eat at the restaurants. Property management didn’t return calls until the next day. Amenities office was so unkind I wanted to leave and felt quite unwelcome. Never used amenities, so that was a waste of money. The condo is updated and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well equipped, and I was glad to find a keurig and decent knives. Good location close to beach. Beach is divine. Mattress is the cheapest version they sell, super hard and thin. We woke up sore, and I spent one night on the couch (which is comfortable). Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, kitchen towels. After the way Seabrook amenities treated us, we will only ever book the other island.
