• POOL: Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. Gate passes for your stay are $45 per vehicle. The first gate pass is included in the total reservation cost. Gate check in may require a photo ID.
• CHILDREN: Children are welcome.
• PET POLICY: Pet friendly. Well behaved dogs are welcome with our prior approval. An additional pet fee applies.
• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 guests.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSVs are prohibited at this villa complex.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR26-000030.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: Minimum age of 21 is required for making a reservation. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink. A $69 non-refundable fee for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage applies.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included.

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the villa for your convenience. Should you require wash and fold service, please let us know.

• AMENITY CARDS: Access to the Seabrook Island Club (beach club, dining club, golf, and tennis) is NOT available with this rental. Guests do have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The Lakehouse fitness center and indoor pool are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. The Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee of $45 per vehicle. The first gate pass is included in your total reservation cost. This property has a strict limit of 2 vehicle passes per stay. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting any additional fees. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Please note that LSV golf carts are prohibited at this complex.

• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone, and our office and team of staff are located on the island most of the time.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper Management & Vacation Rentals. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just a short drive away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and monies paid by the traveler. The Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states prohibiting the traveler or guests in the traveler's group from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• RULES & POLICIES: Minimum age of 21 is required for making a reservation. Please do not hang towels on the exterior railings.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in home smoke damages. Smoking and vaping are ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories, but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY. No events or parties are allowed.
