Welcome to 4013 Bridle Trail, your home away from home on Seabrook Island! This beautifully renovated family friendly 3-bedroom beach retreat is situated on a quiet corner lot in the Village at Seabrook, just steps from the Seabrook Island Lake House, pools, playground, equestrian center & tennis/pickleball courts and an easy bike/golf cart ride to the beach. With its southern-style porches, spacious interior, beautiful coastal décor, and thoughtful amenities (including available golf cart), this inviting home is perfect for families and friends looking for a relaxing island escape.

Step inside to a large open and airy living space, where a soaring cathedral ceiling, wide-plank pine hardwood floors, and plantation shutters set the stage for a luxurious yet comfortable retreat. The neutral color palette and 10-foot ceilings enhance the home's tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal space to unwind, entertain and have family fun.

The renovated kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove, modern stainless steel appliances, and a spacious central island with seating for five. The large dining table seats up to 10 guests, making it the perfect spot for shared meals and conversations.

This thoughtfully designed home offers three bedrooms:
· A first-floor guest suite with two XL twin beds and a private bath. (King sheets can be provided to alter this bed to a King, upon request.)
· A kids' retreat with beautifully-crafted new built-in bunk beds (XL twins, sleeps four) and a private bath
· A spacious master suite on the second floor with a king bed and ensuite bath

For added fun, head to the garage/basement or backyard, where you'll find a ping-pong table, corn hole, bocce ball and kids' games—perfect for some friendly competition or kids crafts! Explore the island with ease using the new 6-seater golf cart available for rent, and take advantage of the gas grill, full-size washer/dryer, and private driveway parking for added convenience.

For those looking for adventure, Seabrook Island offers endless outdoor activities, including:

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Great time

House was clean and stocked with anything you could need. Short drive to beach. Also had beach chairsand plenty of games and puzzles. Will definitely stay again.
