Find your happy place at this serene Seabrook Island vacation villa. Overlooking the 18th tee box of Crooked Oaks Golf Course, this two-bedroom retreat boasts easy walking distance to the beach and the Seabrook Island Clubhouse complete with oceanfront pools and both indoor/outdoor dining options. Nearby, enjoy waterfront dining, tennis, kayaking, boat charters, and bike rentals, or take a 26-mile drive to Charleston for additional fun. If you're looking to augment your stay, you can purchase daily or weekly passes to take advantage of Seabrook's amazing, private amenity features which include Clubhouse privileges plus access to the tennis courts, tee time bookings, pools, bike and boat rentals, and an equestrian center.

The updated interior comes primed for comfortable coastal living, with fresh decor and stainless steel appliances. The sunny, open-air deck offers filtered golf course views, and the breezy, screened balcony makes a perfect perch for happy hour snacks and cocktails. A sparkling suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances are equipped for home meal planning while indoor dining options include an eat-in bistro table set for two and a four-person dining table. Plush seating and a smart TV in the living room set the stage for casual downtime after the day's adventures. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

One bedroom and a shared, full bathroom are located on the main floor. The primary bedroom occupies the entire second floor, with private en suite features including a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and balconies on either side of the room.

A Seabrook Island Amenity Card is available with this property for a daily fee, providing access to your entire party to a range of resort amenities, some of which may have additional charges. Fees are lower during the off-season (Nov-Feb). When you book a reservation with us, we will send you the information on how to obtain the card, as it is purchased directly through Seabrook Island. The card must be ordered in advance to your stay.

The home was very clean. It had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be is to maybe have a television in the master bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Not ready for rental

The dishes were filthy in the cabinet when we checked in. The deck was a mess and the kitchen was ill equipped. The master shower had no where to set soap or shampoo except the floor. We have been going to Seabrook for over 30 years during the summer and this was the most disappointing rental we have ever had.

Lovely Location and Property

Family spring break trip with 2 kids and 2 adults. The house was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. The house is in a large private community (about 10 min drive from gate to house). We purchased amenity cards and used the indoor community pool (additional community fee of $15 pp to swim). It was too cold to swim outdoors so happy to have the indoor option. The beaches were gorgeous, private and relaxing. We found many beach walks which were fantastic. We ate nearby (10-12 mins away) at Fresh Fields and loved The Salty Dog restaurant. The area was lovely, beaches gorgeous and house was very nice. Communication was all via automated text and so easy breezy. Highly recommend!
