Questa elegante residenza cittadina è stata elegantemente rinnovata da cima a fondo. Le grandi finestre nella zona giorno lasciano entrare un sacco di sole Seabrook e hanno una vista sulle bellissime querce che abbondano su Seabrook. Questa villa si trova molto vicino a Pelican Beach, dove si possono godere delle dolci onde mentre si guarda il tramonto sul fiume Edisto. Continua a camminare lungo le sabbie fino alle spiagge sull'oceano, alle piscine del Beach Club, al lungomare Pelican's Nest, a mangiare all'aperto e alla club house per golf e ristoranti.

Questa residenza ha pavimenti in legno nelle zone giorno e molti aggiornamenti eleganti in tutta la casa. Le pareti sono dipinte di un rilassante blu polveroso e sono completate da splendide persiane di piantagione bianchissime, opere d'arte e i toni grigi del quarzo in tutta la casa. Il soggiorno ha un grande divano componibile, un pouf per alzare i piedi e una grande TV schermata per guardare i tuoi programmi preferiti. Il bellissimo tavolo da pranzo in legno ha sei posti a sedere. La cucina è aperta sulla zona pranzo ed è stata rinnovata con bellissimi armadi bianchi, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e splendidi ripiani in quarzo. La cucina è dotata di tutte le necessità e poi alcune. La cucina aperta consente di mangiare da banco per 4 persone. Esci sul ponte dove c'è una griglia a gas e un tavolo per 4 persone per rilassarti mentre fai il barbecue.

Ci sono due camere da letto e due bagni in questa casa. Fuori dalla zona giorno c'è una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un divano futon per dormire extra. Questa camera dispone di pavimenti in legno, persiane e grande TV HD. Accessibile dalla sala è un bagno completo con cabina doccia piastrellata e vanità con piano in quarzo. La camera da letto principale è al piano di sopra. Questo rifugio offre 1 letto king-size, l'accesso a una terrazza solarium e un bagno interno. C'è una grande TV HD e un sacco di spazio comò e armadio. Il bagno interno ha una toeletta rinnovata con un ripiano in quarzo e una moderna cabina doccia piastrellata con ante in vetro.

Great stay! Loved this location.

This was our first time visiting Seabrook and we absolutely loved it!! This particular rental was perfect for my family. It was close to the beach, pool and golf. It was super clean and everything was labeled and stocked. The beds were comfortable and the windows in the living room were great to look out all day. We would love to stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Great getaway

We all loved the place. Updated unit with very nice tasteful decore. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the beach and beach club. It was our first time at Seabrook island and we lived it. Definitely will return.

Great stay at Seabrook Island!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seabrook Island. This was our first time and we had a blast. The condo looks exactly like the photos. Super-cute and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. anything you would need to cook. It was a short walk to the beach access and beach club. We drove most days to an access point a bit further down with wider beaches. The rental company gives tons of info and texted us when the condo was ready for check-in. The whole process was very smooth. Amenity cards are included with the rental, so that is also a plus! We fell in love with Seabrook and will definitely be back.

Vacation at Spinnaker 774

Very clean villa 10 minute walk to the beach short drive to the pool. The unit was clean and well stocked. Even had beach chairs, umbrella, kids, toys, and beach cart to haul it all to the beach. There were a bikes there, but we did not, use them. Overall enjoyed our stay at Seabrook Island, and at Spinnaker 774.

Absolute gem

This property is fantastic. We were excited to stay here based on the pictures and reviews, but the minute we walked in it exceeded our expectations. There's plenty of room, the location is amazing, and it's well maintained. Guests would be lucky to stay at this property if they're looking for a Seabrook vacation.

Great place for a family vacation with toddlers

great location to access the pools and beach. you can visit the river inlet beach right across the way or go park at one of the beach accesses only a few minutes drive away. Seabrook is the best beach we have found for young families especially given the amenity access. We have been going to Kiawah for years but are now sold on Seabrook!

Beautiful unit

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Seabrook at this wonderful unit and would happily return. The unit was very clean and well furnished. The location and easy walk ability to the beach, especially to view the sunset in the evening, was great. Our only issue was that the washer/dryer did not function properly, but the property manager did their best to rectify the situation.

Great place for a getaway

The house and property are great, very clean, easy to book, lots of nice touches in the kitchen for in home cooking. Loved the grill, and we enjoyed breakfast at the bar area. The only issues we had: the property listing states that there are accommodations appropriate for 6. However, the reality is that there is a beautiful master suite upstairs, the downstairs room truly only sleeps 2 comfortably. The futon option was not comfortable, too short for an adult, and there were not sheets provided to cover the grainy couch like surface. Instead, one of our 3 daughters slept on the couch in the living room. It worked, but was not ideal. I would update the listing to 4 adults or if you put a kid in the king upstairs with two adults, maybe 5. 6 is definitely a stretch and a group of 6 adults would certainly consider it false advertising. Also, it would be useful to know the number of bikes available. We rented two, which was easy, but we did not know ahead of time how many to bring or rent. This leads to third “issue”. The distance to be ocean is exaggerated. Yes, you can walk, but to get to a beach with true ocean views and waves to enjoy, you either should drive and park a one of the walkways close to Sealoft villas, or bike the same. The adjacent beach is on the tributary leading to the ocean. Not an ideal place to hang if you are expecting the waves and endless views. Those issues are not so negative we wouldn’t rent his property again, they are just things I think are fair to make known to future renters. Otherwise the trip was incredibly relaxing. The home is clean and fun. Thank you!

Amazing - will definitely be back!

Our stay at the Spinnaker Beachhouse was amazing. The condo was just enough space for our family, and very nicely updated. The condo is located close to a nice beach, and short walk to the clubhouse, pool, and more. The property manager was easily reached over the course of the weekend when we had questions. We will be back!

Very Nice Home Close to Beach

This was a very nice home and we enjoyed all the amenities that SeaBrook Island had to offer. The home was recently remodeled. Overall it was pretty clean, however we found some traces of mouse droppings and a couple of roaches in the kitchen. It seemed uncharacteristic of how nice the home was. The home was in a quiet secluded area. It also had a new BBQ grill.
