    735 Spinnaker è stato ristrutturato con una bella cucina con ripiani in granito, nuovi armadi, elettrodomestici e altro ancora. Le caratteristiche includono pavimenti in parquet, ponte con grill a gas, TV, lettore DVD. C'è contatore salotto e un tavolo da pranzo per godere di ogni azienda gli altri.

    Il primo piano camera da letto tre posti letto e dispone di un letto matrimoniale più un altro singolo, TV e un vicino bagno completo. Al piano superiore la camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, TV e bagno completo. Porte scorrevoli in vetro portano ad un balcone con vista mare distante - perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia o ammirare le stelle di notte.

    Carte amenità che vi dà accesso alle strutture del Seabrook Island Club, sono inclusi nel prezzo. Queste carte consentono di accedere alle piscine di fronte all'oceano (stagionale), Nido all'aperto ristorante / bar Pelican (stagionale), Island House ristorante / bar, golf e tennis. Sono addebitati costi aggiuntivi per tutte le attività eccetto l'uso della piscina all'aperto.

Great Stay on Seabrook Island

My husband and I stayed with our two girls ages 10 and 14. The property was just as described and very clean. The location can’t be beat as it is across the street to beach access. Overall a wonderful stay!

The location to the beach was great. The property was well maintained but a little dated. We like to clean up after ourselves daily but broom or mop was provided.

A Perfect Beach Escape - Steps from the Sand!

This property was absolutely perfect for our beach getaway! The access to the beach, literally steps from the front door, was unbeatable. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and taking early morning walks along the shore. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you're looking to lounge by the beach all day or explore nearby attractions, this spot has it all. We can’t wait to return for our next vacation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay by the ocean!

Close to the beach

This property was great for our stay! Great layout. It was very close to the beach. The barrier island makes the ocean much calmer at the closest access point which dampened my kids’ boogie board hopes. The flip side is that the calm water is great for dolphins! We saw a large pod of dolphins!

Great stay could use upgrade

Location was great. It is across from walkway to beach and short walk to clubhouse for pool. Checkin process was super easy. Furniture has been upgraded. Place could use renovation and more towels. It served its purpose as our stay was not long. Lower bathroom shower head could use some maintenance and the curtain holder upstairs was non existent on one side. Overall great stay. We will go back to the area.

House was a little more dated than expected. Water damage on ceiling upstairs. Dishwasher smelled when ran. Broken item at sink upon arrival. Overall, clean enough and fine for a short stay.

Our family of 3 stayed at this rental for 5 nights. Overall, the place was spacious for our family and the location to beach access couldn’t have been better! The location was 5/5 and we were able to walk to the beach everyday without loading and getting in the car. However, pro tip: softer sand and nicer parts of beach are up further about boardwalk 5 ish. A couple of things that missed the mark for us that prevented it from being a 5 star review. The biggest thing was the AC. While the AC seemed to work excellent in the kitchen and living room area, the upstairs masters bedroom was noticeably hotter by about 10-15 degrees depending on the time of day. At first, I thought the AC upstairs was broken and contacted the rental host and they offered to come out and take a look. But we just turned on ceiling fan and managed, but not ideal. The mattress was also super worn out and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were things on the property that could have used a refresh or some TLC. The toilet paper holder in master bathroom wasn’t functional, some of the curtain hooks were broken, most outlets wouldn’t hold in a plug, etc. Nothing major, but also would be easy to fix to make experience better. Overall, you really can’t beat the location and it’s a good place to stay for 3-4 people. You’re paying for the location in my opinion, and it’s worth it if you can overlook the other stuff.

Great condo close to the beach

We had a great stay for Fourth of July week with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. The unit is so close to the beach and is well stocked. It could use some cosmetic fixes but overall was comfortable and clean.

Love coming to Seabrook! This location was great! Private and quiet. 5 min walk to the clubhouse/pool and the beach.

Good but not best for small dog

Some issues but overall worked out for us. Two considerably ripped towels in bathrooms , replaced as soon as we called. Not sure who would consider these rags usable. Railings on the stairs inside and on the deck are dangerous for a small dog, two wide so our dog (dachshund), could easily jump. Had a large rogue waterbug (roach?) In lower cabinet/ drawers. Bought roach traps. Location is perfect. Kitchen is well equipped.

Great location, wonderful property!

This was the best of our three visits to seabrook island. The property was located across the street from beach access which was especially helpful with young children. Also prime location within walking or biking distance to beach club and golf club. We would love to stay here again for future visits and the property managers were great in communication and making sure we had a good experience.

Away on beautiful Seabrook Island

Home was light filled with all the windows. Excellent location. Living room furniture comfortable. Kitchen cabinets disorganized. Master bedroom patio screen had big hole in it so unable to enjoy the fresh air.

Nice location

Overall, we were happy with the location…walking distance to beach #9 although we ended up taking the kids to the beach closer to pool and cafe…they enjoyed the bigger waves and easy access to ice cream and snacks! We did enjoy beach #9 for the gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the pool and shops. The villa felt spacious enough for 2 kids, 2 adults and a dog. This is our third time at Seabrook and just love it!!

relaxing!

Everything was as advertised. Very short walk to the beach. The beach was wonderful; great for swimming (too cold to get in the water for the time we were there), so not a lot of waves if you like those. A wonderful place to relax, bike, walk or run.
