A long-time favorite with Seabrook Exclusives guests! 1330 Pelican Watch is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom upper level beachfront vacation villa with quaint coastal charm, an inviting deck overlooking the beach and magical Seabrook Island views. Your stay includes streaming TVs for the tech savvy and amenity cards for Seabrook Island Club for endless recreational activities and outdoor adventures.

This Seabrook villa features hardwood flooring and adorable coastal decor. The living area is comfortably furnished with occasional chairs and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The LV flat screen TV has a Sony sound speaker, and the DVD player streams Netflix and some other streaming apps for those with accounts. The kitchen is fully-equipped with newer stainless appliances and granite counters and is well-stocked with everything to enjoy a comfortable vacation including a washer/dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen for your convenience.

The bedroom suite is warm and spacious complete with hardwood flooring, a comfy king bed with high quality linens for a great night's sleep, a Smart TV for night-time streaming and an ensuite bathroom with an updated vanity, a tub/shower combo and quality bath linens. The second bath, located in the hall, offers a shower and is nicely updated and very convenient for guests or those using the sleeper sofa.

The deck is one of our best for the one bedroom villas. It is set forward overlooking the beach making it feel like an end unit, with an awning for hot summer days. Unwind with great views to the east and west for both sunrise and sunset and patio furnishings for morning coffee, afternoon libations or alfresco dining.

Pelican Watch Villas boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Pelican Watch Villas are oceanfront on Seabrook Island.

Pet Policy: Pet friendly allowing for 1 medium sized dog, maximum weight limit of 35 lbs. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Great view. Had some issues with awning VRBO stated no pets but unit was pet friendly We wanted no pets Property management offered to change or cancel but we wanted the view Nice property and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay
