1347 Pelican Watch is an adorable 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom Seabrook Island villa and one of our ONLY Pelican Watch Villa that is pet-friendly for 2 dogs. This first floor end unit boasts a waterfront covered deck, a boardwalk to the beach and all the comforts of home.

The open floor plan living area offers a cute, nautical theme with real hardwood flooring, a sleeper sofa with upgraded gel mattress, a streaming TV for your favorite Netflix and Amazon Prime shows (account not included), a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers nice updates with custom cabinets, Silestone countertops and a raised bar with pub height stools creating a great area for light meals and snacks. There is a washer/dryer in the pantry off the kitchen for your convenience.

Rest comfortable in the guest bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The second full bath in the hall offers a stall shower for extra guests using the sleeper sofa.

Seabrook Island Amenities: Your stay does NOT include amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Pelican Watch Villas are oceanfront on Seabrook Island.

Pet Policy: TWO (2) dogs are permitted at this property. An additional pet fee of $250 applies per pet per week.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2

LSV/Golf Cart Policy: Pelican Watch does not permit golf carts or LSVs

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
