This villa includes amenity cards to the exclusive Seabrook Island Club and features new updates in 2021 including a fresh coat of paint, streaming TVs, and a new dining set, bedroom set and high quality mattresses!

The living room offers plenty of natural light, enhanced by vaulted ceilings, and features a 55 inch streaming TV. There is plenty of comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa with a matching loveseat. The kitchen features granite counters, updated cabinets, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig cup coffee station. The new dining set offers comfortable seating for 4 guests. This Pelican Watch villa is appointed with beautiful wood flooring in the living, dining and bedroom areas. The kitchen and baths include tile flooring. There are granite counters and updated cabinets in the kitchen. The laundry area is just off the kitchen in the pantry for your convenience.

This Pelican Watch villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The master bedroom offers a new bedroom set and king mattress, just added in 2021! The bedroom also includes a ceiling fan, large Vizio flat screen TV with Roku for streaming your favorite apps, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and granite top vanity. A second full bath with stall shower is in the hallway, convenient for guests using the sleeper sofa.

The waterfront deck features excellent views with a dining set for morning coffee, evening cocktails and alfresco dining with a view. Pelican Watch Villas boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Pelican Watch Villas are oceanfront on Seabrook Island.

Pet Policy: One medium dog is permitted at this residence with a maximum weight limit of 35 lbs. Please indicate size and breed at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
