1375 Pelican Watch is a 1 bedroom villa beautifully appointed with lots of high end tech amenities, a private waterfront deck with exceptional outdoor furnishings and tranquil views, a workstation and quality WiFi to work from the beach, and Seabrook Island Club amenity cards to enjoy the best recreational facilities on the island.

The living area is adorable, well decorated, and very comfortable with hardwood floors and rich earth tones creating a soothing, relaxing atmosphere. Tech savvy travelers get to enjoy a 40" Hi-Def TV, a sound speaker, Blu-Ray DVD player and many streaming options. For added fun there is an Atari game system with 110 classic arcade games. Great for a game of Asteroids in the evening! The WIFI here is upgraded with an extra booster in the bedroom for optimal streaming capabilities! There is plenty of comfortable seating and the sofa pulls out into a sleeper. The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counter tops, quality appliances and all you need on vacation with a laundry center for your convenience.

The king bedroom suite features quality bedding and a second wall mounted TV. There is a full ensuite bath with tub/shower. A Bose radio offers evening music too! A full second bath in the hall has a stall shower and is very convenient for living area guests.

Relax on your private deck with the best sofa sectional and cafe style table and chairs we have seen on any Pelican Watch deck. Enjoy morning coffee, happy hour beverages, a good book, a nap, or dine on this well-appointed deck.

Pelican Watch Villas boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Whether you’re searching for cottage rentals Seabrook Island or a cozy condo, wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Pelican Watch Villas are oceanfront on Seabrook Island.

Seabrook in April

The property was beautiful. The deck provided beautiful sunsets and just a short walk to the beach. There is so many restaurants and shops just a short drive away. It was our first time to the island but will definitely go back.
