1376 Pelican Watch is a wonderful, upstairs beachfront villa that has been completely renovated throughout for an exceptional guest stay. Enjoy superb ocean views from the sundeck with a retractable awning for hot island days, upgraded cozy interiors and complimentary amenity cards to island activities, dining and oceanfront pools at the Seabrook Island Club.

The living room is one of the most comfortable and adorable Pelican Watch living areas! It has a vaulted, beadboard ceiling, custom built in bookcases, quality furnishings, new wood flooring, a full size sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV with sound bar. The entry hall and kitchen have a stylish blue and white tile flooring that really adds to the decor of this villa. The kitchen has gorgeous blue granite countertops and is really well-stocked and well-appointed for in house dining. The ceiling was raised and there is a raised bar on the dining side. The laundry center is located in the pantry off the kitchen.

The bedroom suite features a high quality king mattress for a great night's sleep. New wood flooring and stylish decor complete this stylish bedroom with a ceiling fan to keep fresh air circulating and a TV for in room entertainment. The ensuite bathroom is fully updated for guest enjoyment with a gorgeous tile shower and wood flooring. The second hall bath is also fully renovated with a larger shower than standard Pelican Watch villas and is a great amenity for guests using the living room sleeper sofa.

Enjoy ocean views on the sundeck anytime with your private, retractable awning. The high quality resin pub style table is a great location for breakfast, sunset cocktails and alfresco island-style dining from the comfort of home.

Pelican Watch cottages Seabrook Island boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Club Amenity Cards Included!

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Pelican Watch Villas are oceanfront on Seabrook Island.
