If you are looking for 2 bedroom beachfront Seabrook houses or villa rentals, look no further. This beachfront Pelican Watch villa is stunning throughout with two newly furnished living areas, two beachfront decks with retractable awnings, quality WiFi and a workstation to work from the beach and Seabrook Island Club amenity cards to enhance your stay.

Guests enjoy a great layout with a gourmet open kitchen overlooking the large living room and dining area. Curl up and enjoy TV shows on the 47" wall mounted HDTV, cook your favorite vacation meals in the well-stocked kitchen and create lifelong memories sharing meals together at the large dining table that comfortably seats all your guests with great views while cooking and dining. A high efficiency laundry center is located in the pantry off the kitchen for your convenience.

1394/96 Pelican Watch comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and a separate den off the living room with a quality sleeper sofa and loveseat for extra guests. Each guest suite is spacious with high quality king bedding, a 32 inch TV and a ceiling fan. The first king suite bath is a luxurious, custom renovation with a large tile shower with glass doors and huge double vanity that wraps around the bath. The second bath in the other king bedroom is a beautifully renovated bath with a custom tile shower. The alcove has a desk where you can set up a workstation and work from the beach! Guests using the sleeper sofa in the den enjoy a full bath with a custom tile shower located in the hall.

This Pelican Watch villa has 2 beachfront decks with retractable awnings, plenty of outdoor furniture, ocean breezes and tranquil views for guests to enjoy on their Seabrook Island vacation.

Pelican Watch Villas boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Pelican Watch Villas are oceanfront on Seabrook Island.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Great Views

We had a great stay. It was our 1st time to Seabrook Island and will definitely be coming back. We loved the open air design of the 2 bed/2 bath villa. Would definitely stay there again!! The only complaint but not really a complaint was the master bed squeaked with every move while sleeping. But would still come stay there again. Everything was terrific!!!
