The dining table seats 4 and the kitchen is fully stocked for in house dining, including a French press and Keurig coffee maker. The private balcony off the living room is outfitted with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy ocean breezes and watch golfers below.

2909 Atrium comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms. The king bedroom suite is spacious with a ceiling fan, a streaming Smart TV with cable, seating for two overlooking the golf course, and direct access to the deck. The suite includes a private, full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is also spacious with 2 queen beds, a streaming Smart TV with cable, workstation with a desk and chair, and direct access to the deck. This room includes a freshly updated, full bathroom with a tub. For added convenience during your stay, there is a washer and dryer located in the unit, as well as a covered parking garage and an elevator in the building.

Atrium Villas boast a prime Seabrook Island location next to the Seabrook Island Beach Club amenity center and only minutes from the white sands. There is an elevator in this complex for guest convenience. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
