Seabrook Exclusives | 621 Shadowwood

Shadowwood Villas are popular Seabrook Island Villa Rentals in a tranquil setting on the fairways of the Seabrook Island Club’s Ocean Winds Golf Course and a short walk to the beach. This cozy 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, two-story townhome is a quiet end unit with a modern layout, peaceful views, and beautifully appointed interiors. A perfect retreat for a golf getaway on Seabrook Island.

The living area is open and bright with high ceilings, a convenient sofa bed and Smart TV for relaxing indoors, a small dining table for eating in, and glass sliders opening onto an outdoor patio and scenic views overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your kitchen essentials, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. There is a bathroom in the entry hallway.

The master suite is on the second level of the home with vaulted ceilings giving an extra sense of space. The bedroom features a king size bed, ceiling fan, plenty of storage space and a flat screen TV for nighttime viewing. The second bathroom has a bath/shower combo.

Shadowwood Villas are conveniently located on the golf course and only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Seabrook Island and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay does not include amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club. If you would like to purchase amenity cards for your stay, please contact our local reservations team.

Pool Access: Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. Amenity cards may be purchased to access two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: A short walk to the beach.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) dog is permitted, with a weight limit of 25lbs or less. Please indicate size and breed at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of 250.00.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of TWO (2) cars and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car passes are an additional 45.00 per car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Great stay

Liked the apartment. It was updated, clean and functional. I have no complaints about the apartment. The back yard was full of plant debris and to be honest that is to be expected this time of year. So if I HAD to mention something with the place that would be it. The area is very nice but there is an issue with getting takeout. Everything is slow and faraway, however that isn't something that can be helped based on the area.
