Nestled behind the exclusive gates of Seabrook Island, this custom-built beach home offers the ultimate retreat. Located at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac, it overlooks the pristine greens of the Ocean Winds golf course, providing breathtaking views from every corner.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by classic Southern charm. A gas lantern lights the way to the expansive front porch, featuring a relaxing oversized swing and charming haint blue ceilings. Step inside, and you'll be welcomed by an open-concept living space, complete with ample seating, a large screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the infinity pool and golf course.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and an oversized island with seating for six. The elegant dining table seats eight comfortably, perfect for family gatherings, while a nearby wine bar adds a touch of sophistication for evening cocktails. Beyond the kitchen, a spacious pantry stocked with glassware and serveware makes entertaining effortless. Two dishwashers make cleanup easy, and the Wolf range offers a double griddle and double oven.
Step outside to a remarkable screened porch, where you can savor the island breeze or enjoy al fresco dining at one of the two dining areas with seating for twelve. This space, complete with a cozy lounge area in front of a fireplace, built-in electric ceiling heaters, a large sectional for games and conversation, and an expansive view of the golf course, is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. From the porch, you'll have access to a sun deck with lounge chairs, a large gas grill, and an infinity pool and hot tub where you can unwind under the stars. Enjoy lunch or cocktails on the deck at a hightop table for six.
Retreat to the luxurious first-floor master suite, featuring a plush king-size bed, spacious closet, and direct access to the porch. The adjoining en-suite bathroom is a spa-like oasis, with an oversized shower, two vanities with sink, and indulgent, custom-blended amenities. Also on the first floor is a guest room with a queen-size Murphy bed and en-suite bath with tub, offering privacy and comfort.
Upstairs, the spacious bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Families will love the bunk room, which includes two queen beds and two twin bunks, perfect for kids. Another guest room, decorated in serene blue tones, overlooks the golf course and features a queen bed, desk, and en-suite bath. The fourth guest room, with a coastal green palette, offers a queen bed, en-suite bath, desk, and picturesque views of the fairway.
Convenience meets elegance with a two-car garage and an outdoor shower for easy clean-up after a day at Seabrook Island's private beaches. An elevator is also available upon request for added accessibility.
Beyond the home, you'll find yourself minutes away from the pristine beaches of Seabrook Island, the Seabrook Island Club, and Bohicket Marina. Freshfields Village and Kiawah Island are just a short drive away, while the historic charm of downtown Charleston is within 21 scenic miles.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a 'starter set' of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Guests should plan to bring their own beach towels (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club (seasonally), dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access to these options is prohibited. The cards are $50. per day per family. Additional fees are charged for activities. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. The fitness center at the Lakehouse and indoor pool is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. New this year, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name. Guest may be asked to show license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive.
CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team provides self- check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone or meet you at the property.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. The marina is close by, as are historic gardens and plantations. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation notice of 30 days minimum is required prior to the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES/RULES: A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping.
PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but not a party property.
