La nostra villa Seabrook Island è a pochi passi da 3 piscine (1 coperta), parco giochi, campo da basket, sentieri, centro tennis di livello nazionale, un centro equestre mozzafiato, fitness all'avanguardia (presso la Lake House) e un laghetto da pesca / rilascio . Salta su una bicicletta e in 10 minuti pittoreschi le dita dei piedi sono nella sabbia!


Un po 'sull'isola:
Seabrook Island è un privato, recintato, resort di 2200 acri e comunità residenziale situato a soli 21 miglia dalla storica Charleston. Con oltre tre chilometri di spiaggia incontaminata, panorami mozzafiato delle paludi e una rigogliosa foresta marittima, l'enfasi a Seabrook è un bellissimo ambiente naturale, perfetto per una famiglia, una vacanza di golf o tennis, una riunione o un matrimonio.

Gli ospiti Seabrook godono di due dei "30 Best Courses You Can Play" in SC, un centro tennis di livello nazionale, con 15 campi, piscine con vista sull'oceano, un pittoresco centro ippico con spiaggia e sentieri, centro fitness completamente attrezzato e campo da golf visualizzare ristoranti.

Una varietà di negozi sono disponibili in pochi minuti a Freshfields Village, una collezione di aziende e ristoranti di proprietà locale ... e una vasta gamma di eventi che vanno dai mercati dei contadini al "Cinema sotto le stelle". Tutto questo e molto altro ... una breve corsa in bicicletta!

Tessera amenità inclusa nei noleggi settimanali. Se soggiorni meno di una settimana e desideri la carta, è $ 25 al giorno. La tessera amenity ti dà accesso alla piscina della Lake House, che si trova proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla villa, e alle piscine del beach club. Ti dà anche accesso al golf, al tennis, al centro ippico e ai ristoranti dell'isola.

Very Clean and Great Location

I’m a germaphobe , finding a clean property was probably #1 on my list when looking for a place to stay ! This property was very clean and well equipped. Great location! The property owner Cynthia, also was wonderful and answered all our questions promptly! Definitely would stay again.

Perfect Location & Lovely Place!

Highly recommend for couples or a family! Everything was as described and clean. No issues and loved being close to the Racquet Club and Lake House pool. Lots of nearby dining options or stay in and cook. Kiawah is a short drive away and can watch dolphins swim in the afternoon at the Beachwalker beach park. Highly recommend as Seabrook is such a quiet, charming, relaxing Island!

Very nice and clean. The kitchen was really well equipped and we loved that they had both a regular coffee machine and a keurig. Thank you for a wonderful trip for my family and I. We will be staying again!

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and the proximity to the beach club was amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there to enjoy a relaxing time with friends. I am looking forward to visiting again with my husband!

Courtside Villa Review

The villa was nice. However, I felt like it could have been cleaned a little better. We were unable to use the Keurig because it looked like the filter had not been cleaned recently. Location was good and the covered parking was a plus.

Nice unit

Everything was great. Two comments, the Comcast/Infinity router is an older generation and very slow. You can upgrade those for free, suggest the owners do that. Will make streaming a much more pleasant experience. Also, the key lock box is a bit clumsy. Suggest moving to a keypad like many other units in Seabrook have.

Clean, Beautiful Condo

Everything about the condo was perfect…. Well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, beautiful screened in and outdoor porches. Bedroom beds were comfortable with nice quality bedding. We love Seabrook and this condo made our stay perfect. Thank you!!

Seabrook Island Town Home

The accommodations were excellent - clean, well-furnished and roomy. The locations was great for shopping, accessing boating, and other outdoor activities. Having never been to this part of the country before, this was an excellent way to see things for the first time.

Nice place for a Vacation

Great choice for us Northerners to stay and visit with Charleston family. Everything was as described in listing. Cynthia was very quick in responding to all my questions ahead of the trip. The property was clean and nice. Good location to pool and park. The beach was close, private and peaceful. We seen lots of wildlife which we loved. And the owners were very informative and communicated easily and promptly. Would recommend

We fell in love with Seabrook

This rental was perfect for the 4 of us. I am very picky about a place being clean and this place was clean! The kitchen was a great size and we loved sitting on the deck and playing games in the evening. The location across from the clubhouse was awesome. We paid for the extra amenity card to have pool access by the beach along with access to the beach club. I would recommend doing this. We hope to go back soon. Thank you Cynthia for a beautiful rental.

Great spring break trip

Check-in process was very easy, property was clean and in a good location, and communication with the owner was very good. We especially liked riding bikes to and on the beach and to Freshfields. Beautiful area!

Mother and daughter get away:)

This trip is what we both wanted just time to unwind and relax. The condo was clean and accommodated us both very well. The location was easy to get to and the environment was safe for a mom with a 15 year old daughter. Loved the beach

Sister Weekend!

“Perfect” is what describes our long weekend at Seabrook! Our rental was decorated beautifully and was furnished with every item you might need on your stay. The entire unit was very, very clean (so important during these crazy times!). The owner was very quick to respond to questions I had. Like I already said, perfect weekend! We can’t wait to go back!

Great experience!

We had a great experience staying on Seabrook Island. The villa was bigger and better than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed the pools, riding bikes, and the beaches. We also immersed ourselves in the surrounding community and Charleston’s rich culture.

Cozy Villa with Ample Patio & Deck Seating

This property was a nice find for us using VBRO. The owner, Cynthiana, was very responsive and provided answers and insights to our inquiries and questions. The Villa was nice and clean and provided us with a great, relaxing vacation. The covered parking was a nice add as well. While the Villa’s location did require a few minutes drive to the beach access points, we found it to be still somewhat convenient. The Seabrook Island is a vacation destination we are sure to return to in the future.
