A pochi passi dal ponte posteriore di questa confortevole villa ben fornita, cammina lungo l'ampia soffice sabbia bianca della spiaggia di Pelican semi-privata situata su quest'isola recintata. Seabrook Island è tranquilla, lussureggiante e residenziale - a soli 30 minuti da Charleston. Questa unità al primo piano al Pelican Watch del 1311 dorme comodamente quattro persone in due veri letti (King nella camera da letto e un letto Queen Murphy nella zona giorno) e ha due bagni, uno con vasca / doccia, l'altro con doccia . Guarda le barche che navigano e guarda i pellicani e i delfini mentre ti godi questa bellissima posizione. Ombrellone, sedie a sdraio, coperte da spiaggia, giocattoli di sabbia e teli da mare sono tutti forniti con un pacchetto più fresco e freddo e un cestino da picnic. Guarda l'acqua dalla cucina, soggiorno e terrazza all'aperto. Recensito dai nostri ospiti come molto confortevole e perfettamente pulita con una cucina ben attrezzata e letti fantastici. Seabrook Island non ha proprietà commerciali quindi è tranquillo e il traffico è molto leggero. È un luogo ideale per gite in bicicletta (affitti disponibili e consegnati a voi). C'è un supermercato Harris Teeter, molti ristoranti, negozi e molto altro appena fuori dal Seabrook Gate a Bohicket Marina e Freshfields Village. La cucina di questa villa è completamente attrezzata per tutte le esigenze. Asciugamani morbidi nei due bagni completi e biancheria con un alto numero di fili sul lussuoso materasso King in schiuma nella camera da letto. C'è un materasso TempurPedic sul letto Murphy Queen nella zona giorno. Splendide viste panoramiche sul tramonto dal soggiorno, tavolo da pranzo e ponte. Forniamo tutte le basi - lavatrice / asciugatrice, detersivo per piatti, saponi per le mani e per la biancheria, prodotti di carta, shampoo e asciugacapelli in entrambi i bagni, condimenti di base ed EVOO nella dispensa e ogni accessorio, utensile, teglia e pezzo di pentole di cui hai bisogno - Quindi fai il check-in e ti rilassi. Smart TV, cavo e WiFi, lettore BluRay / DVD. Ferro e asse da stiro forniti.

Una Amenity Card (deposito rimborsabile di $ 11) è disponibile presso l'ufficio del Seabrook Island Amenity per l'utilizzo della Lake House che offre piscine coperte e all'aperto, campi da basket, una biblioteca e un centro fitness. La piscina esterna (non riscaldata) è disponibile tutto l'anno gratuitamente e dispone di giochi d'acqua per i bambini in stagione. C'è un parco per bambini adiacente alla piscina all'aperto. The villa was very clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed. Our host John was incredibly welcoming and communicative, and helped coordinate with cars and gate passes when our son arrived at the villa earlier than we did - thank you! Beach and amazing sunset views were right outside from the deck, and we saw dolphins jumping on our beach walks. Altogether a great stay!

Great location right on the beach. Great communication with the host. Easy access to property and parking. Had all the essentials (dishes, glasses, silverware) we needed. Clean, comfortable place for a very relaxing vacation.

My friend and I had the most spectacular stay at John's property! He was the consummate host--so clear in all information about the property and so helpful in making sure we had the most enjoyable beach trip possible. We loved the gorgeous villa, the less than 2-minute walk to the beach, the beautiful view of the ocean from the well-appointed deck, and such easy convenience to everything Seabrook and the Kiawah Island areas have to offer! John made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and was so responsive to anything I asked him about prior to our Seabrook visit. Enjoy the dolphins that will greet you at every hour of the day!!

My family and I have been staying at John’s place for several years now, and actually have been able to stay twice this season. He is a great host, and the property, location, and views are outstanding. It’s become our home away from home, and our favorite vacation spot. Highly recommend!

This was my third visit using the same location but different villa. I have enjoyed them all but I will say the effort this host provided was the most impressive stay i'v had. From the thought he put into the front door love the brass turtle to the tiles he picked along with the bamboo trim I loved it. But the energy he put into being a host was most impressive. His communication with me felt as if I was visiting family, he responded quickly the moment I booked it to the min I left. He deserves more than 5 starts!

This place was perfect for our family of 3. The condo is immaculate, well-appointed, and well-stocked. The beach is just steps away on the boardwalk. The ocean is calm in this estuary area, and we saw dolphins every day both from the beach and the back deck. The host is a great communicator--friendly and responsive. We have stayed in the Pelican Watch Villas before, and this unit is our hands-down favorite.

Amazing!

This was one of the most beautiful locations to ever vacation at. Seabrook Island has my heart and this year we stayed at Johns villa and just let me tell you ... immaculate! Hes very attentive and communicative. We had no issues. He is a super host! Thank you for sharing your villa with us for the week! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a family wedding. I traveled with my two girls and we all had a wonderful time. My girls were always off with their cousins so for me I got to sit and enjoy a book and have a cup of coffee sometimes two on a deck looking out over sand dunes and ocean. The townhome and surrounding area very clean and the foliage beautiful. One mishap and corrected within minutes with our pass to enter the main gates but other then that hiccup it is truly a wonderful place. Would reccomend highly.

The View!!!

The view from this villa is spectacular! The sunsets and wildlife are added bonuses. The host is gracious and provides all the info needed for a great stay. The villa is very well stocked with all the basics and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my husband was hospitalized on Wed, Oct 23 and had quadruple coronary artery bypass surgery the following Monday, Oct 28. I informed the host on Thursday, 10/24 that we were not able to make the trip. Yes, the total cost was still paid. The lesson, traveler insurance?

Perfect Vacation Getaway for the third time

This home is perfect for us and we have stayed there for three years now. The owner's communication is fantastic from check in, throughout our stay and check out. The home is extremely clean, tidy and the kitchen is well equipped with everything we need. The view is stunning. This property is our favorite "special place" for us to relax, ride bikes, eat out, walking on the beach and enjoying the beauty surrounding us. Note: there is plenty more to do in the area but this is our favorite things to do. We appreciate everything this home has to offer and the owner's who are exceptional to work with.
