3736 Seabrook Island Road is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom oceanfront home offering direct beach access, classic interiors, 2 screened porches, and amenity access to the Seabrook Island Club. Recently remodeled with a modern luxury Lowcountry design, this private vacation rental is an outstanding choice for families seeking an oceanfront home with some of the easiest beach access on Seabrook Island.

This Lowcountry classic beach home was custom-built with a beach vacation in mind. Upon entry, guests are welcomed by a grand foyer featuring a sweeping curved staircase and expansive picture windows framing captivating ocean views that immediately draw your attention to the shoreline. The living room is designed for comfort and connection, offering a large flat-screen TV with Comcast cable, plush sofas and chairs for family gatherings, and a table great for puzzles and cards. The recently remodeled kitchen showcases modern luxury with a large center island seating 4, stainless steel appliances, elegant flush wall cabinetry, and a newly opened floor plan. Large pane windows in the dining area fill the space with natural light and provide beautiful ocean views. The formal dining area seats 10 and offers a scenic backdrop for shared meals.

3736 Seabrook Island Road comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 spacious bedrooms, each appointed with private bathrooms. The main level primary suite serves as a serene retreat with a king bed and a private oceanfront screened porch. The ensuite bathroom features a large glass tile shower, deep soaking tub, and double vanity. The second bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed and a private bath. Upstairs is an open den that has been redesigned as a luxury bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, and an open deck overlooking the ocean, offering panoramic views stretching from east to west, creating the perfect setting for sunrise mornings and peaceful evenings by the sea. Additional bedrooms are also located on the second level. Bedroom 3 features a king bed, sitting area, and private bath with a marble vanity and custom tile shower. Bedroom 4 is ideal for younger guests, offering 2 twin beds, a set of bunk beds, and a full bathroom with a custom tile tub and shower.

For relaxed moments during your stay, unwind under the covered veranda with a good book or gather for meals on the oceanfront screened porch equipped with ceiling fans. The second screened porch is located off the primary bedroom on the main level, providing a private space to enjoy the coastal breeze.

This true oceanfront vacation home boasts the easiest beach access on Seabrook Island and only a short walk to the club pools and recreation facilities. Wherever you stay on the island, you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests, and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddleboarding the waterways, and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Amazing Location

We enjoyed this spacious house perfectly located on the beach, close to the beach club with private boardwalk and direct beach access. The four separate porches and sun deck offered ample room for everyone. Absolutely loved it!
