The condo was very nice and located across the street from the ocean which was very convenient for walks. Itrip, the management company, which was very helpful when we had questions regarding the unit. The welcome gift was a nice touch. The only downside was there was not an amenities pass to take advantage of the restaurants on the property. Other than that, I would recommend staying on the property.

The unit was cute and comfortable and in overall clean condition. The tea pot on the stove….if you look inside it, the interior bottom is rusting. We also found several dirty plates in the cabinets. The furnace not supplying heat issue was handled poorly. After being told it would be taken care of, we got back that evening and it was still broken. I had to reach out again for the repair company to come and fix it.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this charming two-bedroom, two-bath condo. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the host put a lot of care and thought into making guests feel welcome. A complimentary bottle of wine and a bag of cookies were waiting for me — such a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel at home.The condo itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything I could possibly need. Coffee cups, glasses, utensils, plates, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, paper towels, and even garbage bags — everything was ready and in place. I especially appreciated the way the towels were neatly wrapped like a bow — absolutely adorable and a sweet detail that made me smile.The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, although I didn’t need any assistance during my stay thanks to how well-prepared everything was.All in all, this was a peaceful, cozy, and well-maintained spot for a seaside escape. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay by the water!

The location was good and as described, across the street from the ocean and pool with partial views of ocean.Upon arrival and unpacking, we were notified the AC was not working and would not be able to be repaired until the following a.m. It had already reached 85 in the unit and we asked for fans as we had our pup with us and worried about her health.We were told there was no one on the island to bring fans but we were offered to be moved for one night. We were reluctant as fully unpacked so we drove 2 hours round trip to the nearest Lowes to buy 4 fans.By midnight, it was unbearable and we could not keep our dog from panting so we moved (packing just a few things and returned next a.m), We couldn't leave the dog until it was fixed and back to a bearable temperature so lost the entire day not being able to leave to go to the beach, pool, etc.Aside from the AC, the tv (very small) in the main room had some sound issues where it would sound robotic and you'd have to turn it off/on to fix. Happened A LOT!The one couch was incredibly small and hard, not comfortable or relaxing at all after a long day.Additionally, after heavy rains , half of the balcony floods and does not run off so we had to find brooms to push the water off.Overall, not the restful, relaxing, comfortable time we'd hope to have on vacation.

Great location

The description of the property was accurate. You cannot really see much of the ocean because it's on the 2nd floor and across the street but it's still a great location, central to everything. We had an issue with the air conditioning while we were there but they were responsive to troubleshoot and then sent someone in to fix it.

Wonderful place, just a couple of issues

The location and Seabrook Island in general are outstanding. The unit itself had a couple of issues while we were there. The living room furniture is really not very comfortable and should be upgraded.The refrigerator had an issue which property manager tried to address, but only partially successfully. The freezer would not close when we arrived and therefore the ice machine was not working properly. A very nice maintenance man came over and worked on it. After you left, it sealed up better, but would only open partially. Fortunately, we didn't have a lot of stuff to freeze or anything large because it would not have gone into the freezer.We actually left one day early. The property manager had a crew power washing the entire building including our entry door. They started early in the morning and were working all day with very loud equipment. Our door access was limited because they had taped up the hardware for the washing process. We requested a credit for the last day, but I believe we were unsuccessful in that effort, so we just packed up and left.

Wonderful time

We had an amazing weekend away. The villa has a beautiful location and is exactly as described. The screened-in porch was the highlight. Very clean and had everything you could need. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Beautiful get-a-way

Love Seabrook Island and this condo had a beautiful view. The property managers answered every question we had and the owners were nice enough to have a bottle of wine and cookies there. We loved the condo and the location!

Excellent, highly recommend!

Great location in the thick of things at a low key place. It was a great location that I would strongly consider buying in. It’s difficult to keep sand out of the room however, on the last day we discovered a spigot just around the corner from the room that would have made a big difference.

Location perfection!

This property could not have been any better suited for our family trip to Seabrook! My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children and the location was perfect. We easily moved between the beach, the pool and golf. Being in the center of all activities made it easy for us to come and go. The condo itself was incredibly clean and well decorated. The screened porch added extra living space in the evenings. The welcome gift was a lovely surprise! We will definitely book this unit again!
