Welcome to The Exhale located at 139 High Hammock on Seabrook Island. Perched on the top floor amidst quiet island scenery, this welcoming two-level villa provides a relaxed coastal escape within a quick stroll or bike ride to the beach and Seabrook Island Club.

Unwind in an open, sunlit living area styled in calming coastal neutrals, furnished with plush seating, a wide-screen smart TV, and board games for casual family nights. Large glass doors open out to the private balcony overlooking tranquil garden greenery, while interior blackout drapes allow for complete shade and privacy whenever you want to rest.

Adjacent to the living area, the fully outfitted kitchen includes full-size appliances, a dishwasher, a microwave, and essential cookware for preparing meals at home.

Both bedrooms sit quietly on the upper level away from the main gathering space. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom features three twin beds and its own dedicated TV, creating an ideal setup for kids or groups of friends. Two full bathrooms ensure smooth morning routines for up to six guests.

Outside your door, the best of Seabrook Island is within easy reach. Spend sunny afternoons on uncrowded shorelines, play championship golf, or bike along moss-draped paths. When you want to venture further, Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, and historic downtown Charleston are just a short drive away.

• BEACH: 0.5 miles away. Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Access to the private Seabrook Island Club is optional and available for purchase.
• POOL: Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the purchase of an amenity card. Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at this villa complex.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000336.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation. One step to the front door. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club (seasonally), dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access to these options is prohibited. The cards are $55 per day per family. Additional fees are charged for activities. Without club amenity cards, guests still have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. The fitness center at the Lakehouse and the indoor pool are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night to 179 nights. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name. Guests may be asked to show a license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive. Please note that LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are prohibited at this villa complex. THIS PROPERTY IS ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES.

• CHECK IN: While self-check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team provides self-check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone or meet you at the property.

• CLEANING: Our guests' safety and comfort are paramount. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With a reputation for attention to detail and adherence to the best cleaning practices, our guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. The marina is close by, as are historic gardens and plantations. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages of no less than $400 per incident.

• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
