Potrai godere di viste sull'acqua e accesso a tutti i servizi di Seabrook Island quando visiti questa bella casa! 326 Beach Club è situato sulla spiaggia dove l'Oceano Atlantico incontra il fiume Edisto. Esci e gira per la breve passerella per mettere i piedi nella sabbia e nelle calde acque oceaniche. Ogni finestra offre una vista sull'oceano, sul fiume e sulle dune protettive. 326 Beach Club è un meraviglioso 3 camere da letto, 3. 5 townhome bagno che è perfetto per una famiglia o amici che viaggiano a Seabrook Island per le vacanze. E 'luminoso e arioso, e ha pavimenti in legno di pino chiaro e colori tenui che completano la vista sull'oceano e sulle dune oltre. Anche al primo piano si trova una stanza di polvere convenientemente situato, lavanderia con una lavatrice / asciugatrice full size, e due camere da letto, ognuna con bagno privato. Fuori dal soggiorno è la camera da letto principale. Ha un letto king size, vista sull'acqua e una piccola TV HD. Il bagno adiacente ha una doccia piastrellata e vanità con un bancone in granito. La camera da letto 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato con vasca / doccia e vanità in granito. Salite la scala a chiocciola fino alla terza camera da letto. Accomodati nel letto matrimoniale per una notte tranquilla dormire. Originariamente un loft aperto, sono state aggiunte finestre di vetro che creano una camera da letto privata, ma luminosa per i vostri ospiti. L'ampio bagno privato ha doppi lavandini in granito. C'è una grande doccia piastrellata con una panchina. Attraversa le porte scorrevoli sul ponte e accomodati nella chaise longue e fai il bagno al sole. Le vedute dell'acqua e di Wadmalaw sono stupende.

Le carte di benessere che ti consentono di accedere alle strutture del Seabrook Island Club, sono incluse nell'affitto. Family reunion on Seabrook Island. The condo was lovely. It was clean and well stocked with toilet paper, dishes, pans towels etc. Big kitchen. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Good view from both decks. Only drawback was lighting to parking lot.

We had a great, relaxing stay. The townhome was nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet with an amazing view of the water. Nice that every bed room has its own bathroom plus an extra bathroom. There is an extra small bedroom with a twin bed off the master which would be good for people with young kids. The master bedroom is very light with some high windows facing the living room. The unit was very well stocked with everything you might need. We appreciated all the kitchen utensils, paper products, cleaning supplies and toiletries. The bath towels were really fluffy and the beds very comfortable. It was great they also had beach chairs and boogie boards. The waves right in front of the property were very small so we walked to the other side of the beach club to enjoy the ocean. We did enjoy evening walks on the beach in front of the property.The location is an easy walk to the pool and Pelican’s Nest restaurant which is nice. Having an amenity card is great for enjoying the pools and restaurants. We rented bikes and rode all over the island. Would definitely recommend this property.

Our family (two adults and 5yo) and our friends (two adults and 7yo) had a wonderful time at this house for one week around Memorial Day. The location is top notch, the views are spectacular (especially sunsets), everything was very clean, and the house had everything we needed. Our only small complaint was that the gas grill was hard to get fully lit. With a large and small bedroom and a full bath all upstairs, it was a good spot for one family, the other family stayed in the two bedrooms downstairs (each with their own full bath). The one-minute walk to the beach was great for quick trips back and forth. And it was always a treat to look out the windows onto the dunes and see deer very close by. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was beautiful! Perfect for our family. We were surprised that the cleaning before we arrived was quite subpar. Tables and other surfaces hadn't been even wiped down and there were solid chunks of food under chairs in the living room. This would be problematic normal but considering we assumed cleaning would be heightened given the pandemic, this felt concerning. I really hope a more detailed cleaning takes place for future visitors! I would call and request this if I was going to stay at the property in the future. We also recommend an umbrella for the outdoor table since it gets quite sunny/warm before sunset. Overall, we would LOVE to stay here again - so long as cleaning procedures improves between visitors.

We had a fantastic week at Seabrook Island. The unit was more than expected, beautiful views with abundant wildlife and very clean. The upstairs loft had a bonus of a separate room for the twin bed, which I don’t think is fully explained here. It was great to be able to separate our kids. Few thoughts/issues: The bed in the downstairs guest room is very loud. Every movement was heard and woke us up. After 2 nights of this, we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. We determined it was the box spring making the noise. Bathrooms are small. Upstairs is great, but we put the kids up there. Just a lot of doors and difficult to move around. Other than the bed issue, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful girls trip at this property. The views from the living room watching the sunsets were spectacular, and coffee on the deck overlooking the water each morning were special. We had a wonderful time watching the wildlife each day - the deer are plentiful and so many dolphins!! We saw them each day of our trip. The home is very well stocked, and having three bedrooms and baths was perfect for us. We had lots of privacy, and the home is newly and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Nancy was VERY available and accomodating. I cannot say enough about how we were taken care of and any question or need we had was immediately taken care of. The beach access is very close, practically in your back yard. Our only issue was the jelly fish that just happened to be on the beach while we were there. Other than that, the beach was beautiful and we would definitely return for future adventures! Thanks again to Nancy, Lisa, and everyone who took such great care of us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo is beautiful and we were able to watch dolphins, pelicans, deer and more right out the back window and from the deck. We were able to enjoy sunsets every night. The condo itself is spacious, bright and airy. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked which we really appreciated for cooking in with our two kids. Easy to get to the beach and lots of parking. We hope to stay again soon! Thanks, Nancy!

Wonderful, versatile common area with confluent kitchen, living room, dining room and walk-out deck. Each bedroom has it's own full bath which gives privacy to each couple occupying these spaces. Our teenage girls had the 2nd floor to themselves and this was an ideal arrangement for all. The ocean views are amazing. We watched the sun set from the deck and living room area. A short boardwalk extends from the cul-de-sac to the ocean. The island deer feed every morning on the shrubbery. It was a relaxing and enjoyabe respite from our busy routines.

Proximity to the beach could not have been better. The villa was very comfortable with all the amenities. Property management very prompt in helping us when needed. Will return to this unit again next summer.
